    Syouyu Ramen (soy sauce)
    This ramen is easy and very simple, so try it now!
    【Ingredients】 (for 5 people)
    (Soup)
    ✔︎250g minced chicken thigh meat
    ✔︎250g minced pork
    ✔︎1/2 kg of pork belly
    ✔︎green part of chives
    ✔︎2 slices of ginger
    ✔︎2l of water
    (Tare/Salsa)
    ✔︎ 170g soy sauce
    ✔︎3g of sugar
    ✔︎15g red wine
    ✔︎5g honey
    (Eggs)
    ✔︎5 eggs
    ✔︎soy sauce
    (Flavored oil)
    ✔︎90g sunflower oil
    ✔︎green part of chives
    ✔︎2 slices of ginger
    ✔︎2 cloves of garlic
    ✔︎pork oil *
    *If you plan to use the soup the next day, you can add that oil too as it will solidify.
    (Noodles)
    ✔︎Chinese noodles for 5 people
    ⭐️One serving⭐️
    ✔︎ 30g Tare (sauce)
    ✔︎300g of soup
    ✔︎a tablespoon of flavored oil
    ✔︎an egg
    ✔︎ some slices of belly ✔︎ nori seaweed
    ✔︎green part of chives
    ✔︎the leftover flavored oil
    【The steps】
    1.SOUP:
    Prepare 2 liters of water in a large pot and add 250 g of minced pork, 250 g of chopped thigh card and stir it. Add a half kilo of pieces of pork belly, a little of the green part of the onion and 2 slices of ginger.
    Heat the pot over high heat and wait until it boils.
    When it starts to boil, lower the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    2.TARE(THE SAUCE):
    Put 170 g of soy sauce, 3 g of sugar, 15 g of red wine and 3.5 g of honey in a small pot and heat it over medium heat.
    Once the pot boils, let the alcohol evaporate for about a minute and then turn off the heat.
    3 EGGS
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently pour in the eggs (Use eggs at room temperature.)
    Stir at the beginning so that the yolks are well placed in the center.
    After 6 minutes, remove the eggs and put them in ice water and peel them when they are cool
    In an airtight, Ziploc-type bag, put the eggs and a small amount of soy sauce in it, close them, removing the air, and put them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
    4.MEAT
    Remove the bacon and put it in an airtight bag.
    Add a little of the sauce we made, mix it, removing the air, and close the lid. Put it in the refrigerator and leave it for at least half an hour.
    5.THE FLAVORED OIL
    Put the green part of the chives, chopped ginger, and 2 cloves of garlic in a small pot and place over medium heat.
    Once it is golden brown and smells good, turn off the heat and strain it through a sieve.
    6.Prepare the ramen
    Cut the bacon and the egg that we prepared.
    Pour 30 g of sauce (2 tablespoons) and a tablespoon of flavored oil into a bowl.
    At the same time as boiling the water for the noodles, also heat the soup.
    Just before the noodles are boiled, pour 300g of the hot soup into the bowl.
    Drain the noodles well in a colander and place them in the bowl.
    Place everything we prepared.
    The ramen is finally ready!
