I like the yellow trim on the ground effects.

Thank you! I think the yellow accents really make the Stratosphere blue pop 😁👍

Hey, Chad. This is a great video by the way.
But i still debate which downpipe to get for my 2024 M/T 45th anniv.
I dont plan to unlock & tune vehicle anytime soon, maybe JB4 later on.
As of now, just thinking bout mods to get. So far is : SP1-R titanium single exit, MST V2 cold air intake, and still debating about downpipe due to the CEL. Any recommendation for DP for stock tune to avoid the CEL?
    Thank you!

Thank you! I haven’t had any issues (ie a CEL light) from the MST downpipe 👍. There are several brands that do claim that you won’t get a CEL. What's the BEST Performance DOWNPIPE for the (MKV) Toyota GR Supra?

Thanks for making this video Chad. I am thinking of going with the mst catted myself when I get my new supra next spring. I put a deposit on one already for a 2024 MT version. Having to sell my accord to do it. Have you heard of kenshi garage down pipes for the supra? Apparently, the catless downpipe they make doesn't throw a CEL according to the reviews.

Congratulations on the new Supra! Although that wait is going to be painful, I'm sure. What color have you ordered? I have heard of Kenshi garage, but do not know much about the catless downpipe you're referring to.

@TheLemonFactor I ordered absolute zero white. I can't wait. Although, I wish I could keep my accord as well and have both cars like you. I'm looking forward to seeing you dyno your car with the MST catted dp. I heard the catted produces more of a deeper exhaust note, which is what I like. A downpipe shouldn't void warranty, right? Any idea what exhaust you will go for? I'm thinking AWE touring resonated is what I will go for when the time comes.

@nickc5341 I’ve already got the exhaust, just waiting on time to install it 😉😁

Do you have a video or can you point me to an engineer oil company video on the best oil to use in the Supra. I get mixed reviews. Personally I have always used Amsoil but I am not sure anymore. Thoughts?

Amsoil is a great oil - expensive, but good 👍. I use Amsoil in the Supra. However, if you’re looking for a less expensive alternative, I use in all my other cars, and recommend Pennzoil Ultra Premium.

I don't blame you for getting the catted downpipe, although I believe they are not smog-legal in California.

I enjoy visiting California, but I’m not sure if I could live there 🤔🤷‍♂️

@@TheLemonFactor I've lived here for many years. The weather in the southern parts is the best in the US, IMO. Certainly, it is great for those who love driving cars like the Supra.😏

Hi Chad. Just order this downpipe for my 2024. There doesn't seem to be a lot of information about it yet, but I chose it because of the flow and the CEL guarantee. Recently however I went on the BMW forums and there are some people saying that they are getting a CEL with this downpipe and that the flexible portion is too rigid and they are worried about it causing damage to the turbo. Wondering if I made the right decision or should have gone with another brand. 😬

I wouldn't worry about it. The downpipe stay bracket is what prevents any undo movement being placed on the downpipe to turbo connection, not the flex section. This is why I don't like the downpipes that don't offer the stay bracket attached to them. The flex section is to allow a little movement when the exhaust moves around. Once you install the downpipe, you'll see what I mean. Good luck!
