I bought lime juice in the small package bottle at my local grocery store to help get rid of my cough. I wanted Lemon juice, but they only had the lime juice available. I hope the lime juice works and helps kill this nasty dry cough.
In the Philippines lime is green and lemon yellow they diff from each other. But we have small green citrus fruit called calamansi which cheaper and when it bear fruit year round this is good for lemonade.

But in India have you grated lime, damn it is so sour you will simply throw away the food if bits and pieces comes in. But I'm still confused as internet says lime are sweet and not acidic, do you consider 😶 nimbu sweet and non acidic. I believe the foreign countries has different taste depending on the vegetation and climate. I think they call lime as "mousambi"
You can just literally squeeze Lemon's juice out and drink them because they're less sour. Why lime's juice is very sour, they are used to mix or making sauce in cooking more.
