Can we include the explanation of phosphorylation of myosin light chain which is mediated m=by calcium influx? At what part of this explanation would that be appropriate? Thanks in advance!
@@isaaclee6545 I might be wrong, but I think Ach is the main inhibitor transmitter for the parasympatic activity on the heart. I'm not sure if it acts on the smooth muscle in the blood vessel wall, but I know adrenaline does through the sympatic pathway. :)

I think Ach is for endothelial mediated vasodilation not constriction.
