    My order from Temu was not what I ordered. The tracking number was correct, just not the correct items. They won't reimburse me. What do I do?

      Go into the order, select return and click on every item. Use the reason Wrong Item Sent and attach a pic of what you got vs what you ordered. You will have to return everything, so if you don't have a printer, use the UPS return without a printed label. Once they receive your items, you'll be refunded.

    I agree with you on those coupons when I saw them they’re gonna give me $.50 if I spent $50 I thought that’s not a coupon Dollar General gets better coupons in that I think you get five dollars off if you spend 25 on Saturday. I’ve experienced several of the things that you’ve talked about in your video today. Thank you for taking the time to share those things with us because most people don’t and I’m still lost about a lot of other things. But you are right we do need to go to customer service and let them know what we like and don’t like.

    They throw that shit in your cart when you don’t even ask for a notify me I played one of those games and picked up six free games and they put them all in the cart with a price behind them but I took them all out

    I really like how you explained every little things we need to know. I’ve learned a lot from you watching this video. My first purchase from Temu was November and they give me coupons to shop, and I was like I’m not gonna spend all that money to use those coupons. And they expire. Now I’m sorry I didn’t used it, because they have so much stuff that I need and I’m buy lots of things. My question is what subscribe to marketing and get 70% off . It keeps popping up every time I used the app. Thank you konnie .

      Do not subscribe to marketing! It's misleading. What will happen is you will get inundated with junk mail, spam etc. You already get 70% off! Look at an item and you will see the original price, then the discounted price. You can also see your "savings" at the top of your receipt. Don't fall for the scam!

    Konnee, I love your videos. I had a Temu situation that I haven't seen you cover yet. I bought a cat tree for over $100 that was defective. When I went to assemble it, I saw that the base did not have the three necessary holes, it had only two and those were both in the wrong places. I went to Temu CS chat and got a full refund. That's not the problem though; the problem is that now when I go to buy pet items in the $40 and up range, I get a message that it cannot be shipped to my address. Basically, Temu has blocked me from making high dollar value pet purchases. Do you have a suggestion on how to deal with this? I have spent a ton of money on electronic cat toys, pet beds, pet items for animal shelters and rescues etc and am a VERY good customer. The pet items are normally fantastic deals and I feel what they did is massively unfair and I'm being "punished" for getting an expensive defective item sent to me. Thanks, Shar

      Shipping restrictions may only be item or vendor specific, and not necessarily related to your previous refund/return. First, contact the seller and inquire as to their shipping restrictions. It may not be 'Temu' doing that. You can also try another vendor for the item you want to purchase, and see what those results are. Because the cost to ship is too great for higher priced/larger items, some vendors just won't ship to certain areas. You can also check to see if the vendor has an off-site web store where you can buy directly, with the possibility of paying for shipping.

    I appreciate all the helpful info you’ve shared in this video. I’ve experienced risqué ads a couple of times, which were quite shocking when they popped up. On another note, Temu has me going insane with Fishland & Farmland. They continue to drag the games out seemingly forever. Been playing both games for months and I don’t see an end to them. I’m ready to throw in the towel and forfeit the freebies.🤪

      I too, have become disenchanted with the games. Too many pop ups delaying the speed of play, less ways to earn food or water and dragging out the $$ earned towards the gifts. Search the word 'blitz' and DON"T spend - just grab the free credits! It's at least something positive. TFW 🤗✌️💖

    I'm U.K and temu are different here. We rarely get coupons or offers.
    Our wishlist has disappeared so you have to add to cart. we have to be careful when buying.
    I've noticed if I don't buy for a wk or so I get lots of credits.
    So I wait awhile.

    I tried something different with Temu since so much has been changing with it lately. I noticed I was not getting much price adjustments anymore. I quit doing product reviews and BAM! I started getting a ton of price adjustments. It may just be a coincidence but as soon as I started doing the reviews on the ones I had quit doing them on, the price adjustments disappeared.

      It's just a coincidence. It may take me 0nly hours to do some reviews and I don't get more or less adjustments than when I wait weeks. PA's are at the discretion of the vendor, and always expire 30 days from date of purchase.

      Price increases have nothing to do with you personally or how much you purchase. As I indicated in Tips & Tricks Part I, it's supply and demand. If you and/or others continue to willingly pay the increased prices, vs finding a cheaper vendor, than prices will go up.

    Great info! I did not know about the UPS home pickup. And good to know why one refund goes to the original source of payment, but the next goes to my temu account! Currently in “he said, he said” on a couple orders, Temu says shipped, FedEx says hasn’t received it. So we started a ticket tonight. My Exclusives ends in a few days, but with changes they have made it’s no big loss. They kept offering me the 3% off on certain products, which happen to be things I have already bought, so no sale. On one of my accounts I have the new Temu Tree game, which so far comes with much better coupons. But Temu still has me in some time warp where my new day starts around 8pm, no biggie but it does mess with my Farm & Fish. Fun and games!

    Great tips again Konnee. Always love your videos whether it's your hauls or advice. I consider myself a pretty intelligent woman but something puzzles me and I'm hoping you can shed some light. I sometimes receive messages of items 3 for $10 and when I go into the items they are usually just under $2.00 each. Not much of a bargain lol - or am I missing something?

      What TEMU does is word things in a very misleading way, vs a specific way. In this case, what you, I and others are seeing is "3 for $10". It doesn't mean that if you buy 3 of something you can get that 'set' for $10 or that you can get 3 items for a cost of $10. What is means is 3 items will cost you LESS than $10. The wording should say, and would make more sense if it said, "3 for UNDER $10". The way they chose to word it is intentionally misleading. Buyer beware! Great question! TFW 🐕💖✌️

    They’re always telling you you can get so much off your product. Yeah you can if you buy it in a few little minutes if you can buy it when I want you to buy it then you don’t get the money off.

    Hi Konnee. Thank for all the tips and doing the hard work for us. I just recently found you and you may have touched on my question before but all my orders ( and there have been quite a few 😬) are delivered USPS. My problem is i live in country on a rural route and most of my orders are to large for the mailbox 📬 so i have to drive to the post office to pick up which is very inconvenient with the window open hours? Is there a trick to getting your orders delivered to my house 🏠 by UPS OR FEDEX? Thanks for your help. Keep up the good work! Will be waiting on the next video. 🙂

      You have 2 possible options. 1) contact the post office and ask them to deliver NEXT TO the mailbox, in the tub you provide. You'll have to put a large Rubbermaid covered tub next to your mailbox, but that should be doable. The post office may be able to arrange packages to be handed off to UPS for delivery, so you might want to ask about that. 2) contact CS @ TEMU and ask them to assign your packages to UPS or FedEx and explain why.

      Yes. They will do that because the credits they gave you are based on your order. If your order changes then you're not entitled to the full credits you got. It's in the game rules.

    How do you find price adjustments I very tried to figure it out can't figure it out. Help °!!!!😊❤

      Go to you orders, all orders, then check each order. You do that by clicking on the item count on the right side of the order, then scroll down to the bottom and look for the words Price Adjustment, or 3 little dots to the left. Click those dots and Price Adjustment should pop up on any order that's within 30 days.

    They’ve never raised my minimum order and I’ve been shopping with them for approximately a year and a half but I spend probably $100 a month and that’s probably why they don’t raise it and it’s always free shipping. And I only shop once a month.

    I need to thank you! I had a return and did exactly as you indicated, escalate and refund without return and the first solution was a coupon for 20% off. I said that was not acceptable and lo and behold they escalated it and ultimately told me the escalation team would return my application for resolution within 24 hours. It wasn’t 5 minutes later before they gave me full credit for a plastic phone holder bunch of 20 I threw away after it was clear those little “hands” would hold nothing, and werent bendable or useful at all! However, as I check my previous months’ purchases for that button “price adjustment” daily, I had all this credit for over 60$! These adjustments disappeared. I went back into every order and got the majority of them back but that was sneaky! You are the best! Because of the tracking of prices I’ve saved over 100$ in credit ( Temu credit of course) but still, you were spot on! The word escalate makes all the difference! You are spot on! Thank you so very much!

    I've bought a lot of stuff on Temu. Their clothes are always made of that nasty cheap polyester that went out in the 70's. I bought a 2 carrot moisinite ring that is completely dull that I paid $20 for that I had to return. I wish I had the luck that everyone else has had. Most of everything I've gotten has been junk.

      Shopping on temu is an art form in itself. I've bought a ton of clothes without encountering that 70s material. Check out a few of my clothing hauls for tips on identifying nice material. As you can see, the moissanite ring I'm wearing is sparkle galore. That comes down to the choice of vendors. I posted the link to my ring in an earlier comment on this video. You will have better luck with just a little more 'eyes' close up. Don't give up!

I am going to check the vendor you mentioned as far as my ring goes. I was looking so forward to getting that ring. It was so dull and there was no sparkle. I will definitely try the vendor you use. I'm not giving up on Temu but I'm not going to just jump on something like I did. You definitely have to pay attention to what you are buying. Thank you so much for your help!!!

      Hey there ! THANK YOU! I went on Temu after I watched this episode and asked to have my expired coupons renewed. And I got 13!!!! Only thing is, they are only going to last 3 days. But that’s okay for now. I also buttered up the agent when I rated her and suggested she get a raise lol. I hope other agents see that in the future and Treat me nicely ❤. So thanks! I wouldn’t have thought to do that. Certain things don’t apply here in Canada, but I appreciate all the info.

      I always look to see if customers have posted photos of anything I buy, especially clothes. Really helps weed out items I won’t be happy with.

    Thank you so much for the updates and tips. Prayers for sweet Sadie. She's got a great mom so I know she'll be better soon. How can we not spoil our babies? I had an issue with my credits and could not get the person I was chatting with to understand what my issue was. I wrote it in Mandarin (Thanks Google translate) then he or she finally got it. I did say to reply in English at the end of my comment to them and they did. I have sent complaints to them about the adult items popping up too. Haven't had but 1 pop up in the last few weeks, knock on wood. A little FYI: There is no federal law prohibiting minors from purchasing adult toys though local governments may have laws against it. There is a federal law prohibiting minors from purchasing adult content such as porn (videos and magazines) and from entering a store (physical or online) that sells it. I told Temu it was against the law anyway. lol I didn't think of the BBB. I'm going there asap. Another thing to watch in your cart is they only show the price for 1 item even if there's 2 or more of the item in your cart. So yeah, watch the number of items and the total cost.

    Temu is selling other ppl products so even if you order the min that min has to be their goos otherwise you have to keep adding their goods. Well greed has always sent companies downhill. Temu is no different.

      Temu does not have any of their own products. They are a marketplace which only sells products from contracted vendors. Every item on Temu comes from others. Have you contacted customer service to request reduction or waiver of your minimum order?

    There prints on clothes are nice but quality of fabric is very poor.

      The prints are amazing, aren't they! As far as material goes, there are ways to avoid the poor quality. 1st, check out my Tips & Tricks video on Fabric selection. This will help guide you to better results. Then, when searching for clothing, use TEMUs new tool for fabric choice. For example, search women's clothing, and in the side bar, scroll down to material, then check off the fabrics you are comfortable with (e.g. cotton, poly blend). Happy hunting!

    How do I get an old coupon back? I can't find customer service to do it.

      You can get to Customer Service two ways - type "Customer Service" into the search bar or go to your account and click on the little headset in the upper right corner. TEMU is not as willing as before to reinstate expired coupons, so don't expect that will happen - it MIGHT happen but more likely won't. Alternately, you can ask what coupons are available for you.

    Hey girlfriend ❣️ I hope your weather is getting better. The weather here is crappy but, it could be much worse. We got about an inch of ice. The temperature won't be warm enough to melt it until Thursday but it will refreeze if it doesn't dry up during the day. I have to reschedule my doctor appointment for Wednesday. My power steering went out on my car and I am not driving on ice with no power steering. Have a great night sweet friend ❤️

    Glad I found you I am so confused. Temu has been hit & miss. I started ordering it was things for my grandaughter. Soon I caught the bug and was ordering myself. I live on a island in Ak so I do appreciate the free shipping but its been hit and miss especially with clothes not fitting or mayerial I didnt like or rugs that were cheap and didnt have the colors I thought. My Post Office does not do the labels so I just gave up. I have done 6 orders all that got up to around 200. Hit and miss for sure. I realized I had 1,200 worth of stuff I rarley used and could have purchased 1 nice thing that I would have had forever. I did learn look at size and material but I cant always find that?
