Cornish Bass Caught & Cooked with Veg & Herbs from the Garden

Catching a Bass (Sea Bass) big enough to take home to eat is a real treat and even better when you can cook and serve the Bass with home grown produce from the garden. This is a simple life but definitely a good life. I recently caught a Bass lure fishing off the rocks and in this video cook the Bass trying a new recipe. In addition to the cooking, take a look at the vegetable garden and some of the wildlife that visits the garden along with other things that make our lives in Cornwall a good life.
