That's because they are both Taurus - Janet knows her Taurean connection and that's why their connection was so tight and perfect.
They both locking it up
Pointing out the obvious here, that obviously this video at the time was supposed to look futuristic. But it really was ahead of it's time. His hair, skinny fit clothes, her brows and makeup, it's so now. Janet and Michael just always knew....like they just knew everything.
Time travellers!!!
all trends are recycled and refurbished for the next generation. Everything yall are wearing now is 90s inspired. Kids being born now with probably be rocking tall tees and baggy jeans when they hit adolescence
@@brittaniesingfield4 I was born in 1990 so I'm a true 90s baby. I can see some of the 80s and 90s back again!

This was back when music videos had big dollar budgets, and creative concepts.

And stayed on top from 1986 to 2008. 80s, 90s and 2000s.

This video was sooo futuristic back then! 😭😭😂
Lol too dope
Still is, pretty cool
Ive had some dances to this song but i never seen it before. God Damn
Thanks to Hype Williams 😭💫he really hype
That early era was futuristic in all music genres, now we get ZERO creativity and ZERO talent.
This record is so iconic, and the intro hits you exactly the same as many years ago.
Never realized but Janet was really rocking that goth look.
A dominatrix outfit to be exact, which was popular in music videos in the 90s. It is also a reference to her look in Michael Jackson's Scream.
@@samuelshiels4608 Damn, we almost got though a comments section on a Janet video without someone bringing up her brother. So close.
It reminds me of that movie the cell
@@samuelshiels4608 Really??? So you missed the ENTIRE "Janet" album that brought out her sexual image years before "Scream"? Also, "Scream" was co-written by Michael, Janet and HER co-producers Jimmy Jam age Terry Lewis. So, it was 25% Michael and 75% Janet and HER team. The song was released at a time when Janet was at the height of her popularity and Michael's image and sales were tanking. It was Janet helping her brother.
@@hutch1197 Ayyyy, alright. Just a mistake. Also I found out the dominatrix thing was popular in the 90s because BDSM was becoming popular in porn. Some people even theorize that the outfits in the Matrix were inspired from BDSM.
