Hi. Question. For a family of 4 that has occasional social gatherings and I plan on cooking pizza and meats, is the Ciao sufficient or should I consider the 5 Minuti?
The ciao is actually a very similar size to the 5 minuti, it would be good for a family of 4
What typ of wood do you use to get up to 500c
