Ingredients:
coriander leaves 1 Cup
garamamasala pinch Pinch
coconut powder 1 Teaspoons
coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
turmuric pinch Pinch
ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
onion 1 Numbers
salt as needed
garamamasala dry 2 Numbers
Oil 2 Tablespoons
Goat Head 1 Numbers
water as needed
Directions:
Take pressure cooker add oil,garamasala dry,onion chopped,salt cook till onions are golded brown colour.
Now add ginger garlic paste,turmuric,red chilli powder,cut goad head mix well and add water as needed and cook for 20 mins in pressure cooker.
Once it is cooked add pepper,coriander,garamasala,coconut powder and sprinkle Coriander leaves chopped mix well and serve with roti.

Chef Sanjay, I was thrilled when I came across your goat head recipe. You don't come across this kind in a hurry. It reminded me of my childhood ( I'm 83 now) when our family used to enjoy this and trotters (paya) curry which was singed and cleaned at home. I find this video by searching for goat head curry for hard core non vegetarians! I don’t use it for head curry though. I use it for goat meat.

My cousin few years ago made goat head curry when we visit them in Hyderabad she added coconut milk can you tell if we use coconut milk how and when I should add.

Its a delicasy in Rayalaseema and heads are sold as hot cakes even before the meat. I am a big fan of your recipies and as usual you have cooked it well. I liked it.

@mangeshcd1 it's actually about not wasting any part of the animal, so not a contradictory philosophy to vegetarianism in that sense. If you find a goat's head in front of you, best to know how to put it to good use! great instruction in the video

Bhai what about the nasal fluids and the ear wax in the goats head ? How is that cleaned ?
It would be more good to cook everything in pressure cooker, so as we can reduce washing more vessels, because wishing is difficult than eating.

You are saying goat head curry and your video subtitle also say goat head curry. Although in your video it a lamb subtitle comes up, what are you using.
Just adding a little bit of jaggery or sugar will make it more better.

yes you can very much skip coconut and add khas khas paste...these works as thickening agents.
But we do skin the head. Never eaten red meat with skin. Chicken with skin is yummy though,
