Zoho Integration Apps are available in Yeastar PBX system including Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Zoho Recruit and Zoho Desk. You are supposed to take this chance to experience the advantage of the business-enhancing features, like Click-to-call, Call Pop-ups and Call Journals straight from Zoho.

Is there an option to direct the inbound calls to users who owns the existing contact or lead in Zoho CRM just like other telephony solution? if the lead is existing in Zoho, call will go directly to the lead owner.

Sorry, we reviewed your comments, and find we might misunderstand. Our PBX could direct the call to Zoho users. It's accomplished by the inbound route settings on our PBX. But if you say to direct the calls to the contact owner based on the contact's caller ID, the 3CX doesn't support either (we've checked their integration guide).

@@YeastarVideo thanks for the response, they have the option but it is through a customization from a partner. Does yeastar have this option? I want to migrate our avaya telephony but this is the only roadblock that is stopping me to shift to yeastar
