Hi, please i have a question
If the book was blocked, and amazon says that some issues have to be fixed and updated, the question here is how to update the issue in the book while the book is already in BLOCKED status and there is NO option to update the book ?

You will have to speak to Amazon and agree to make any changes, they can then unblock or may tell you to republish.

I've contacted them and they told me that they have decided to uphold their previous decision and will not be publish the book
I don't know really why this contradiction from them ..
Anyway do you have any idea about publishing the same book but in updated version without the previous issues, is that okay or it will be a duplicated content and may cause for a suspension ?
