I just wanted to say a little story to relax you and boost your confidence.
Once upon a time there was a little fish in the sea. It was very small, not very beautiful, and nobody really knew him. It got bullied by most of his classmates, it was never good enough. It became really sad and it never seemed to get better. One day, it swam up to the stars and smiled. It thought "wow, they are so beautiful. They have no imperfections whatsoever. I wish i was as beautiful as them..."
A star then started getting closer and closer to the little fish. Once the star got close enough, the fish was shocked. The beautiful, perfect star, wasnt so beautiful after all. It was all crocked and bumpy. The star said "if you don't pay attention to the bad things, you won't even see them!"
The little fish, (still in shock), swam back down. He was smiling, because he had learnt that his apparence didnt matter. He smiled all day, and all night. And soon enough, he got a lot of friends and he became a happy little fish.

I have barley been able to swallow. It has been so painful I’ve had to meditate on not using my throat and focus on stillness. I am gulping air just to test it and every time I do it seems to be easier. Thank you 🙏

Get that checked out. I have laryngitis. it's alot like whatever you're having. Horrseness voice, or complete loss of speech. It's hurt's to talk and swallow. Dry and chronic cough. it's hard to breathe, it feels like you have a giant ball stuck in your throat.

Anyone else get random annoying itchy/dry throat? I keep thinking drinking cold water or drinking hot drinks would make it go away 💀 It's so annoying, especially when you finish all the throat sweets and it still be hurting.
I don't know if this helped. I was already really tired and fell asleep. I woke up, my computer was on my bed. I guess this made me sleep immediately. I woke up like once every few hours from 10 to 8. I never took my glasses off, or my scarf which could have choked me. I never even changed. I guess my throat feels a little better.

So I played this lastnight and 2 minutes in my throat was already healing. I left it on as I fell asleep, I feel so much better today!! Also everyone I recommend doing the salt water gargle trick and suck on an icecube since I didn’t have cough drops. This is my jam when I have a sore throat for now on. I felt like that I couldn't breathe as if my airway was blocked or something. Then I coughed when I was 1 minute into the video.. I can now breathe normally again.

Diamante Dea for me it lasted for about 20 to 30 minutes. And that's only after I stoped the full hour. So, it kinda depends on how long you listen. But I'd say at least listen to the first 10 or 15 minutes, just to get a little lasting effect

my throat was hurting since last night. I woke up from a nap about 30 minutes ago and i could barely swallow. I looked this up got my blue quartz and repeated “ my throat is healed, i feel better, i am healthy”. I’m only about 10 minutes in and i already feel much better !
