Never had anything but good experiences with bear creek got a sweet 14.5" 7.62 x39 barrel from them. Had to return one barrel they sent it was wrong length from what I ordered but I had a similar experience with their return communication and speed process.

I have 10,000 rnds on a stock BCA and all I’ve done is basic maintenance replacing gas rings and springs. Everything else is all stock.

I have 3 bca uppers and lowers all run amazing I’ve had way more problems with psa and Anderson I have yet to experience a problem with bca

BCA is one of those where i wonder if its certain years or batches that have issues. I have a 16" 223 upper 3k rds in still running good, good accuracy. And a side charging 300bo 7.5" running really well suppressed. Im considering the new 8.6bo, might get lucky again.

Wouldn’t own a BCA weapon. Bought a 300 BLK several years back. Seriously overgassed and brass shaved with every round fired. Would not feed and last round bolt hold open would not work. RMA and sent back for repair. BCA claimed to have polished the chamber. Gun still would not run. Had to replace the H1 buffer with an H3. Finally got rid of the gun. No BCA for me ever again.

So, if you buy a BCA first thing is to replace the upper with something from maybe Palmetto or Optics Planet. They can't possibly mess up the lower.

BCA makes way more barrels than they use.

You said you sent in "the barrel" did you strip the upper, or did you return the Complete Upper?
