All familiar spots for us. We used to have a beach house at Matarangi (just west of Kouatunu) and ate at Luke's Kitchen often. My father-in-law used to live at Wharekaho (Simpson's Beach) and now lives in Whitianga so we visit often. All beautiful spots :)
It’s a beautiful part of New Zealand up there aye! After this video we stayed with Chelsea’s cousin around the cooks beach area and that was super nice too! Definitely a new favourite of ours 😁
What beautiful scenery, I am definitely living in the wrong country. Unfortunately too old to change now😂. Funny you mentioned having a shower in Rosie as a protest, even when we are on a site with a shower block, whether it’s free or not, we always use our on board facilities. Our shower cubicle is nice and big and wouldn’t look out of place at home.
Yeh there is something nice about using your own shower haha, don’t have to wear thongs too!
What a place to stay, Simpson Beach is a true stand out, We always love staying there. Great video, see you next time.

We just stayed at a camp on 90 Mile Beach which wasn’t cheap and they charged $5 for a shower 😳 I decided to stay smelly 😀

When you found kina I thought you wanted to eat it 😂 So nice and quiet when you were away, hope you are feeling rested.
Rested and sunburnt haha. We have never actually tried Kina, can’t say I’m that keen to try it haha 😛
