And if you feel the need to do something to "help" me. Do it through prayer. I believe in the power of prayer.

Excellent presentation. Every person that has a personal relationship with God, and that is a choice, struggles with something. We are still imperfect people. God knows that. And despite all of our imperfections and unique characteristics, He loves us so much. It is so difficult for people to understand that each person is unique. We as Christians have an obligation to love God with all of our hearts and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
What you have shared will help many in the church that struggle with sexual identity and also many people who are not faith based, but deal with this stigma moment by moment. May God bless you. This video has been very powerful!

I want you to know that you are not alone in this at all I felt the same way to the depression the anxiety of it and the power of prayer keeps me going to hold to my faith but I also want you to know that you’re not broken and you are is who you are as long as you except yourself a lot of good well follow you rest of the days of your life always keep the faith and put your trust in Christ and never lose heart
And I don’t see why you’re not ugly I see a handsome guy that makes a video like this

I've seen people do this to many Coming Out videos. If it's like the others, then I don't see why you take the time to view each video. The one thing I ask is that you actually watch my whole video to get to know who I am before you post the verses.
Secondly, this judgment.. is a great deal as to why many gay people do not find God. Because all they see is hate from "Christians".
I have no problem with allowing your comment. But please so Christs love.

My bad! I'm sorry for calling you 'Matthew' and not by your name, "Jonathan".

Matthew, first off, good for you in being accepting of your parents and of yourself. As a counselor and teacher, I want to affirm for you that there is NOTHING wrong or bad about being straight, gay or bi. They are all just different sexual orientations, all equal, all fine and good. I mean that's just a fact that we now understand in this 21st century. Don't allow worry or stress just because some people in your life are living in the Middle Ages.
The main theme of the New Testament of the Bible is CLEARLY Jesus loves all of his creation; he never talked about the immorality of pelvic issues and always talked about being inclusive in loving all people. [Paul was obsessed with sexual morality, but NOT Jesus.] With any piece of literature, a person can quote a section or two to prove a point that he wants; but any educated teacher of literature knows that it is the theme of the work that needs to be given attention. The theme of the Bible is Love NOT look for sins in your fellows.
You are doing well, Matthew. Always think for yourself. It was Aristotle who taught, "Believe what is true, not what is established."
