Dime logistics has lawyers posting on line advertising for companies to contact them to get paid. There's a you tube video that just came out yesterday
What we do is when we get a broker that has a red flag and says they will do a quick pay and we get a sign ratecon. We then deliver the load to the receiver but we don't let them unload until we receive the payment from the broker via wire or Zelle. if they refuse we will hold the load for non-payment and take the load back to our warehouse until further payment plus extra travel time and warehousing. Boy this has worked for us in the past and we end up never doing a load for the broker again after payment. 😉💰💸
You are going to get Freightguarded doing that. The load belongs to the receiver, not to the broker. Holding a load hostage will land you on Carrier411 and brokers will not use you and they won't even bother to get your side of the story.

I would try to get all the information and paperwork for that load and even their personal info. build a case against them and sue them. sue them on a business level and a personal level. get a court to issue a lien against all of their personal assets and bank accounts. also get it against their SS number. so if they use their ss for any type of money, job, etc, they wouldn't be able to do it till they pay you..

@ricks7364 But they have a credit rating for each broker, and you can also see when the last time they were factored. I've been factoring for 3 years. The only broker I had problems with is TQL with their shady practices.
@julesdrame4647 True, but it cuts down on the risk. They provide you with a credit rating and other information they can help you make an informed decision. You can file a claim against the broker with the FMCSA and they will take the claim out of their bond. Hotshot Adventures channel did a video on how to file a claim about a month ago. It's pretty informative on the process.
Hi Robert. Perhaps getting paid for the load before or just after loading might work. Let them come after you if the load is not delivered. I know, you deliver. If you have the serial numbers on the trucks, perhaps you can put a lean on the trucks so that you get paid before they can be legally sold. You have all of the original paperwork for the load. Resending emails should not be bad as that information should be in the "sent" folder. I hope you did not just "write it off" which might still be a possibility for taxes. Have good days!
Well, it caught up to you. You were warned by many drivers not to haul loads that don't pass a credit check. I run credit check on EVERY BROKER EACH AND EVERY TIME I take a load. Now my credit check is done thru my factoring company. It's either approved, or don't call. I also don't accept calls from brokers unless I called them first, and then they have 10 minutes to call me back. You knew better. You're not out of options, though. It's a scam going on, what they do they open up like a trucking company using a name similar to a mega carrier, then under bid on the load, win the load and offer the load in the load board as high paying, then when an owner operator delivers the load, there's run around until they are closing in on the culprits, then they close the fake broker-trucking info and open up months later with another name. You don’t ever pull when you are in doubt If they are so desperate What I do is send me a comcheck as soon as I load go to truck stop then cash it Or you take the load right back to shipper and tell them what’s up If they tell you oh we will pay after a week being delivered don’t take it
Why do you not just factor your loads? Sure you pay a fee but it is well worth not having to deal with the problems. You get your money and move on! Also factoring companys have the resorce to go after the deadbeats.
I had a broker tell me 1.00 a mile was a good paying load. I passed within 2 hours someone else took it. Shipper would not pay anymore than 1.00 a mile.
Call the place where you picked it up and the place you delivered it to. Just call everyone you think has something to do with the load and bug them every day.
Don't know if it is now, but I think someone's social; security number should be tied to their broker authority. You shouldn't be able to start a broker company, steal thousands of dollars, close the doors, and start up another broker company a week later. If ss numbers are tied to the broker bus. now, how can this keep happening?
Go to the people who you delivered the vehicles too. Tell them they're going to be sued for the cost of delivery of these military vehicles. Now they had to pay someone and they know they know the real people ! Tell them they owe you for the actual delivery. Surely you have there signature on your paper work ! Also use the government agencies and go after the base you delivered the vehicles at . Also for future references call the base commander: tell them your going to file complaints against him and the base with the Pentagon. Tell them your being scammed and ripped off by one of their contractors, and you believe the base personnel you delivered too is part of the scamm !!! Each bracnch of service has a law enforcement agency. The Navy & Marines have NCIS. I don't know what base you delivered too ? Bottom line you need to keep the pressure on the military base ! Don't stop until payment is made ! Tell them your coming back to pickup the vehicles since payment wasn't made In the future q1 Do C.O.D. only loads ! Or at least half to start and half upon delivery ! If they don't have the money then don't haul the load . Gas - Grass or As_ , No One rides for Free ! If you want I can try to help but you have the data, Good luck RJ
Get a lawyer to recover it for you!!! You'll atleast get some of it back after the attorneys fees... You need a lawyer on retainer for this type of stuff so you don't have to deal with it and just keep on trucking....
This is crazy how people will do this to other people , this was a planned rip off , lessons learned again , i think this was the 2nd time you did not get paid, also make sure you are on the shipping papers even if you have to write your name on it yourself before you hand it to them after delivery, big red flag was when you went to pick them up and they did not have you listed as the driver, use your video footage also as proof you took that load.
I kinda figured u was getting screwed.. the 1st red flag was when u arrived and they had a different name for the load.. and kept messing up ur name.. when I saw what u was going thru, I knew then u was going to get screwed.. but no way to tell u..and I was hoping that I was wrong.. I say get a lawyer and some investigators and find them.. my father always said if something is too good to be true, it's usually not good at all.. we live and learn
Did you try sending the pictures of picking the load up and the load on your truck???? Should document everything, front of the building office yard everything you can think of,,, and I guess you'll make sure your name is on the paperwork from now on,,,, sorry to hear you loss, 4 K what a bit in the ass !!! ,,,, ,,, ,, ,
you should get a program/ template to generate a South Georgia Hotshot bill of lading as proof of haulage and add load numbers from whatever brokerage to show contracted load info SERGEI DRATCHEV talked about this a long time ago on one of his videos

2 👍👍 up y'all y'all stay safe out there 🤞💕🥾🇺🇸🍼🐶🐕🦴🍗🍀
Either don’t haul for the ones that fail the credit check or make them prepay.
If you don't mind me asking what do you use to run the number?
Usually your factoring company provides an app to check with
Total BS!!! Man does a job he deserves to be paid.
I had a broker tell me 1.00 a mile was a good paying load. I passed within 2 hours someone else took it. Shipper would not pay anymore than 1.00 a mile.
The shipper most likely paid 5.00 a mile. The broker is lying to you.
Stick to loads you can factor unless you know who your dealing with.
Frightliner 😂
Robert maybe start your own brokerage aka lita just for your truck only
Call the place where you picked it up and the place you delivered it to.
It was a hunter load LOL ......
I dont understand you have rate con why cant you send that ti factoring company
Tell them your coming back to pickup the vehicles since payment wasn't made
In the future q1
Do C.O.D. only loads !
Or at least half to start and half upon delivery !
If they don't have the money then don't haul the load .
Gas - Grass or As_ , No One rides for Free !
If you want I can try to help but you have the data,
Good luck
RJ
Get a lawyer to recover it for you!!! You'll atleast get some of it back after the attorneys fees... You need a lawyer on retainer for this type of stuff so you don't have to deal with it and just keep on trucking....
Try to get your money, file a criminal complaint. Then move on, this will eat you up. Devils live amongst us.
Sorry!
Always have your company name on all paperwork or write it down.
Your gut was right
This is crazy how people will do this to other people , this was a planned rip off , lessons learned again , i think this was the 2nd time you did not get paid, also make sure you are on the shipping papers even if you have to write your name on it yourself before you hand it to them after delivery, big red flag was when you went to pick them up and they did not have you listed as the driver, use your video footage also as proof you took that load.
Should document everything, front of the building office yard everything you can think of,,, and I guess you'll make sure your name is on the paperwork from now on,,,, sorry to hear you loss, 4 K what a bit in the ass !!! ,,,, ,,, ,, ,
Just send them the video of you whit the trucks
Sounds like land star
Hi Lita💘💘
Auction is completely different then dealer or Private sale my man.
Sucks you got shafted. Have you looked into becoming a broker?
Email tHe AG and BBB in the state......
I factor all load..
Cash is King put outa video about brokers going belly Up ! About 2 weeks ago !!
Ritchie bros is a joke every piece of equipment I've ever picked up. You have to turn wrenches on just to get it up to my ramps
28% intrest, fuck that
It tells you company and rating, and phone number
If you can’t factor the load don’t haul it!
He took you to the cleaners so is their a way to take him to cleaners must be some way to take him OUT
Can you go back to the shipper
you should get a program/ template to generate a South Georgia Hotshot bill of lading as proof of haulage and add load numbers from whatever brokerage to show contracted load info SERGEI DRATCHEV talked about this a long time ago on one of his videos
The nightmare broker scams are at all time highs! Sorry you guys got Scammed. Will see more of this as freight rates are at all time lows. The new ruel of thumb. If it sounds to good. RUNAWAY!
scammers!!!?
You also recorded the load of 2 trucks... how can they not watch the video and say u didn't pull those 2 trucks?
I hope you get reimbursed and paid for your services. A loss of wages is a stressful moment for adults living in modern day’s cities. No man,or woman, should be cheated their wages. If you need help man handling the broker , let us know;we got your back!!!¡
Maybe instead of emailing everything you should call these guys on the phone
With email, there is an evidence trail. With phone calls what was stated Can't be proved unless it's recorded.
@@AliMaskiin that’s true both I guess
Sounds like you could've taken those military trucks home. Your name wasn't on anything apparently.
