    I think This may be the reason I may be dealing with inconsistencies with my white heat print transfers. I think it’s because they are stored in my shed. I’ve ruined sooo many shirts. Can’t find many videos on this topic. Thanks for this one

    I just started having issues a few days ago where my prints look fine after they come out of the printer, but when I powder it the ink shifts and if I hold the print up to the light I can see tons of holes in the print. I noticed that my humidity is at 61% . Is this the cause?

      yes, or powdering while its still too wet, or curing while the powder and ink are too wet, or curing too hot too long.

    hi friend. greetings from Spain. I found your work very instructive. Lately I'm having a lot of problems with the white ink on my Epson L1800. If I increase the white level in Cadlink it makes puddles in the colors and the white only part looks good but a little runny. If I lower the white level to 70 percent, it looks good on the colors but the white-only area is left with holes. I thought it was humidity or poor quality of the film. but you have confirmed to me in your video that it is a problem of humidity or low temperature. In my workplace at this time of year it is less than 15 degrees Celsius and humidity of 55. Could that be the problem?

    Have you noticed different brands of ink causing clogs even with the correct humidity?

    What about when the printer is not actually printing? Like overnight? As it’s sitting does it need to be above 50

      Make sure on print screen you have a 1 under color setting and 1 under white setting if color is blocked out untick the color+white box and then put a 1 under color,
      Make sure both boxes at bottom are ticked on too

    If white coming out milky. Can that be caused by humidity?

    • @IronDesigns813
      @IronDesigns813  2 года назад +1

      No that’s ink separation from the whites sitting for more than a day or so with out shaking.
      If you have a printer with CISS lines then it’ll require a few print head cleans/nozzle cleans before all of it is removed

    I print commercially. Every single place I work/worked at had it dialed to 40%.

      I'd be running 2 or 3 dehumidifiers all day lol Well you being in Florida and what not. I live in PA and we actually spray mist out to keep it at 40. It may be a game changer for you to be able to cure them faster.

    Do you have any experience with really low humidity? I am in the north in Michigan so it's cold here now and we use a pellet stove to heat my area and it makes everything really dry. My prints look speckled.
