The smartest working actor in Bollywood today. Her talent and beauty are given, but Padukone is also one of the smartest, empathetic and sharpest mind of our generation.

Honestly it’s Deepika’s best interview by far! She makes sense at every point. That only come from observation. Lovely to hear her says things that not even a Akshay Kumar would say!
She hs evolved and how...The thoughts are to the point and actually do make sense in corporate world too.. although what she proposes sounds utopian, it could very well be achieved if people at helm just gave a thought about, things as small but as important as serving food for the crew...She will go miles ahead for her choices in life as a person, if not necessarily as an actor...

everything she spoke about film crew being over worked is so true. many years ago when I tried my hand at production it put me off the industry. overworked, overstressed, started smoking, eating unhealthy food at odd hours, disrespectful attitudes and entitlement. its refreshing to hear her speak about it and the change she wants to bring to the system.
