I don't understand why people keep commenting about how boring the interview was.She is not a stand up comedian to crack jokes.I saw some comments stating that she is very diplomatic.I think it's good to be diplomatic.She likes to be in news because of her work not because of the controversial statements she has made.If you people find her interviews boring then don't watch it.I don't understand why people are watching her interview if they don't like her.I love her interviews.That's why I am watching it.I will never watch an interview if I already know it's boring.I think people with no other job sits and watch her interviews and comment about it everywhere.I admire Deepika Padukone for the person she is.Inspite of being in a family who has no connection with cinema she came to an unknown city and made her mark in Indian cinema.I find it very inspiring.She is a gem.I don't want her to be controversial like Kangana or Sonam.I love the way she is.She had a dream she worked for it and she is living her dream now unlike us.That's why she is there giving interviews and we are here behind our phones commenting about others.

I love Deepika! She seems like a stable person its nice to see that she is proud of her failed films if you dont see failures you'll never work hard for success. i find Deepika internally very composed, warm and non-confrontational. Being an introvert myself I identify with her. As Niranjan said even in her modelling days Niranjan had seen her sitting quietly at corners alone. More of an observer than a talker, she is reserved by nature I loved hearing about such people and thanks Niranjan for making us discover the bollywood stars better. What makes LWT on Zeecafe enjoyable is the variety of stars and their different personalities it was great to watch Deepika on your show she brought another side I learned about another type of star.. not evey star have to give us juicy quotes. All the best for next season Niranjan.
True. In one of her interviews she did admit that she did some.movies ( which failed) for money and she made bad choices on the way. I mean that made her to err just like any of us. I like her for the fact she is very composed and thinks hundred times before she replies with certain calmness and poise. I love her about that.

She has such SOULFUL eyes!! And has this quiet strength about her. I admire this girl. She seems like a simple girl. And a DEEP thinker. Her brain naturally works analytically and that makes it seem like she's "rehearsed", but isn't! I found that she spoke honestly. (On a side note: Why do we only consider rude people to be honest people? Why are rudeness and honesty linked?)

Deepika is my fav actor..and I do feel whenever she.opens her.mouth, she speaks with caution. Whereas there's Sonam Kapoor who speaks her.mind (and hence makes a very interesting interview, more than often landing in headlines), I think it's a good mix. Just because you are a celebrety does not mean every time they have to make a scandalous news. Well at least this is what I think.

I really love this interview! You can tell in the first few seconds of an interview with Deepika whether it's going to be good, depending on how open her expressions are and how fast she's talking. She only speaks her mind with some interviewers, with others she responds slowly and uses the same words over and over. She's so much more open and genuine here!

Got here after watching Alia’s Interview. I don’t know this girl Deepika too but I think she’s better from the way she talks. Not so fast and rapping like Alia did. Just natural. I’m glad.
note to self: never read youtube comments. no matter what you do, nothing stops people from criticizing. what i may see as a thought out and intellectually wise response from deepika, someone will say that she is a bore and it was rehearsed. seriously, when you find yourself judging someones every move and word and criticizing someone to such a level because they dont conform to your ideals, please just step away from the computer, turn it off, and go take a walk. reevaluate your life and make set new goals for yourself.

They would rather have a bimbo like Katrina and Kareena who are mostly in the news for their personal life. Deepika is a self made woman, no family influence or boyfriend power.
