Make sure to complete some previous challenges/ triumphs before farming (3 or more) . The boost the drop rate of the exotic. Every raid exotic, I’ve gotten within 20 clears using this method. Happy farming.
Helpful hint for new lights, you don't need a sniper to anger Nezerac, I sometimes use an LGM, Thunderlord will work & it's good for damage, but any higher damage LMG w/range will work if you don't have it. It keeps things very simple. Not sure how much use a player will get out of that sniper after Nez is pissed.
I just use the sniper to shoot his shoulders and chest from long distance to get his agro/call out refuge. After he jumps down i don’t really use the sniper anymore, I just use my energy slot weapon to tap him in the chest a few times so I can keep his agro. But yeah agreed, sniper not 1000% necessary
I usually use "the supremacy" (top slot sniper from last wish raid), to hit the chest, and during dps i hotswap to witherhoard. Helps with extra damage and since they both use special ammo witherhoard has ammo, vs a primary that would make you start with an empty mag.
btw you can do damage on light 6 and just stand behind the orb and you won't get knocked off. and if he hammers down onto you just melee him when he slams

I have a question fam. What do you mean by "make sure the runner has activated the node first." Is that the node you're creating the refuge on or the node you originally came from
You actually need to run a solar holster mod for conditional, cuz after you shoot the first shot (which is stasis) the weapon changes to solar for the second pellet
I raided my first time last night and farmed last checkpoint 5 times for conditional finality. I got it try #3. Its always the raid noob with the worst rng and zero challenges done who gets the exotic i guess.

If Bungie would make exotic weapons drop 100% if the time after raids I would have the motivation to actually do them.. but after 100 VOG clears without vex I gave up on any raid what so ever. It's just a joke
man i Loved this franchise I keep coming back but I think this last attempt was my last everything feels so watered down the only things that mean anything are raids and trials and paid dungeons sometimes but even these high level activities dont feel the same because there is always a strat or a cheese nothing feels for the purpose of a fun challenge it all feels like an obstacle to get to a slot machine and have the people you are with are addicted vet gamblers who will cut your throat for that next hit of dopamine the content creators arent even as creative as they used to be bc nothing in the game is creative as it used to be imo

And then there's the bugs, the bungie lies and an arbitrary increase in difficulty by nerfing our survival tools and increasing enemy accuracy to the point where you have so many unavoidable deaths that the game is pretty much a self-flagellation simulator. Can't blame people for cheesing poorly designed "difficult" content like the legend starcrossed boss for example. Megatank phalanxes + detainment bots + goblin shield crew + harpies + hydra shields + DOUBLE BUFF CYCLE. Are you fucking kidding me?

This is a very helpful video for newer players but you could also do 6X peregrine greaves and 1 phase without trying

I've never done this raid mainly because of crappy fire teams, after awhile I just gave up. This video inspires me to try this again. Thank you.
