- California Highway Patrol successfully deployed a spike strip before a police cruise used a PIT maneuver to bring a pursuit suspect to a stop.
The slow-moving pursuit started in south Orange County and continued into the San Fernando Valley, with the driver usually staying under 50mph.
Following the PIT maneuver, the driver refused to comply with police and exit the vehicle. Officers eventually shot pepper balls at the car, but the driver remained in the car.

Why does the announcer continue to say "viewer discretion is advised? We all WANT to see everything that happens as it happens. Thanks.
Most painful thing to listen to. Commentator needs to watch several long pursuits before he’s allowed a microphone.
I couldn’t listen to the whole thing.
Arkansas would have had this done in minutes
ASP pursuits are the best! PIT maneuvers at 100 at any speed!
@@stevescheel8807which actually according to the national police database anything over 45mph shouldn’t be authorized for a pit so yeah.. they should be sued
Last night was like a bad dream. I went looking for my lost motorcycle two days ago. And last night I found it But it was sold by the villains to someone, which is very sad. What always troubles me is that every time I get a job and have to start work in the morning and wake up, the bike is gone. I had to lose another good job at Phangan. It was very difficult and there was always a problem when I got a job. This is the harsh life here in Phangan. I'm tired of negotiating with them to understand that the motorcycle was stolen. and the buyer will be accused of buying the thieves. So he gave the motorcycle back to me. I'm really tired. I don't have money. To this extent, I can still hurt each other. only 5 baht can't do anything The car ran out of gas before I didn't even get home. I drove and pushed it. It was really tiring in my life.
Great narration.
Great sarcasm!
Let's see; I was with my sancha down in OC, and her husband found out about me, and it's hard to drive a car with a 5" dia. hole in my right foot.......
To the commentator: If you don't know what you're talking about it's best to keep your mouth shut.
The criminal met their climax 🤣
Awesome sports events. ;)
They need to have Arkansas police show them how to PIT. None of this slow crap for miles.
Announcer is a armature.
HA! The driver won’t come out? Send in the canine. They’ll come out then guaranteed.
Lock them up forever
Only in California are pit maneuvers only done at slow speeds !
They need to learn how Arkansas does it.
Yea, I saw one that took place in Arkansas, around 100 mph. My thoughts are if you run from the police, ANYTHING goes.
@@clydeglide2041which will cause a fatality or serious to injury to not only the suspect but the general public. The national standard for policing is that anything over 45mph shouldn’t be authorized
6:41 bro got an email on outlook
I miss the days when they caught you they beat them sown with knight sticks
3:40 i wanna be like this guy when i grow up
Ya mean dead ?
No criminal
Slow speed “chase” and it takes over 17 minutes. Are the cops looking for overtime? Ridiculous
Californians man....gotta love'em.....
THAT'S HOME I LOVE US!!!
CHP dont mess around. They get the job done. Unlike LAPD always letting them get away.
