Another great talk, I have plants just for pollinators, solitary bees nests full of cocoons but still no luck getting bumblebees to nest in the boxes I made.
I would echo the other comments - why has one of the most critical parts of Dave's lecture been muted? On the surface of it, this would appear highly disrespectful to the lecturer.
Two segments no less. It seems that, in addition to the cut at 34:00 (addressing neonicotinoids), sound was muted before 25:00 as he introduces the threat of pesticides.
Thanks for making this clear... I only made the connection with the pesticides after reading this comment! I wonder it it was Google, or the National Honey Show?
Thank you for interesting video. Best wishes and great respect to the entomologists and devoted beekeepers and bee lovers!
when this music plays at the end with the bees, closeup, and wonderful. jeez I love bees.
I really love this talk. Very interesting and inspiring lesson. Thank you!
Why have you muted the sound at 34:08 when he was talking about neonic pesticides?
neonic pesticide bits cut out! Why?
Please explain!
great talk!

Wonderful talk...I love nature and have turned my entire property into a pollinator haven.
Excellent talk.

The sound is muted at 34:00 when I guess he talks about neonics? Why censor his view on this?
In fact, it seems that the sound was muted in both segments where he spoke about neonicotinoids. Very strange.
At 34:00 as you say, but also before 25:00.
Thank you! Very enriching.
Excellent talk. Ahead of the times, maybe responsible for the changes happening now.
