The main fight from the demo derby has never been aired on tv, was Phil Read sucker punching Kickett in the back, Dale has turned around and landed several full on punches to Read's head. McIntosh came over and gave a hand but Kickett couln't be stopped. Was never captured on tv - was 100ms away from the action. I was sitting next to Phil Symmons (?) the Eagles player who was injured at the time. He was loving the game downing brews with his mates then got quieter and quieter as freo came back. But, the main fight was never captured on tv. Please get Phil Read on BackChat for his side. Also - another side note...also 100ms behind play, Modra broke his hand that game from punching Jakovich. Jacko was trying to be tough with 1st year player, Leigh Brown, Modra has run over and just clocked Jako on side of head. Was out next game with broken hand - no mention, nor suspension how he did it as again, never captured on camera lol.
