@NoPlanHan You have to be logged in, but then you can click the flags at the (bottom?) of the page to change your language. Not sure if it's on every page either. I forget about it every time I have to fix it because of my vpn.

@@02bluehawk it's BEEN reworked, for a good while now actually. it now involves using the correct weapon type to fit the puzzle they give you, no body type reassignment needed.
This is just a whole big non-issue it is just a button. It isn't like they are trying to lecture on anything (which I'm fervently against regardless of the political ideology being pushed).
I play games to escape reality cause stuff is shit and I have to deal with reality when I'm not playing games.
This however is not even that. It is just an option for people who want it. Quite literally just a BUTTON. It affects 0.01% of the entire game. Who cares! Why are people protesting it.

Finally I can have pronouns in OSRS, in RS3 they had the nonbinary pronoun for when you become a Dux/Duchess/Duke
They also let you choose if you want your title to be feminine or masc.
So in RS3 you can actually see other peoples pronouns unlike in osrs and far less people cared.
Rs3 has a lot of problems but the communitys pretty based, most of the dregs left for osrs, who would have guessed conservatives don't like change 😭
Also one of the funniest titles we got recently was from last years easter event. "The egg" has 6 different preset colors you can change it to with it been egg shell color as default, one of the presets is the trans flag colors

we had transgeners in the runescape for like since the start of time with the makeover mage, I'm sorry you didn't catch your main character being canonically gender fluid, also shoutout to that one quest from the white knights where you have to change to a woman because no man can defeat that one guy

Unfortunately that part of the quest has been removed. You no longer need to be a woman to do that quest. Originally the quest was obviously a nod to tolkien with the "no man can defeat me" but they have since removed that requirement for some reason... I personally liked that quest empowering women and all.
But i do understand that modern politics push the rhetoric that all should be equal in opportunities regardless of sex and gender.
Which is totally agreeable in the real world.
I just find it unfortunate that a quest that was clearly a nod to tolkien had to be changed. It's a fantasy game based on medieval times. I don't see how the original quest was in any way offensive.
