As you know, I've been enjoying your videos. I also have a 1969 Corvette 350 automatic with A/C. I replaced the fuel tank last year. This week, I took two weeks off from work for various DR appointments, and to work on the Vette. Yesterday, I removed the heater core. I took a break today, but plan to start reinstalling it tomorrow. I don't need to repair my engine harness but watched the videos for pointers anyways.
Thank you. Paul in VT
Good luck with your project, thanks for the feedback
You are totally optimistic and the most patient person, on the Internet!
These videos are priceless! Thank you so much for taking the time to make these to help us with our C3's!
Thank you and you’re welcome
You're sooo knowledgeable! Thanks so much for your generosity! I have a 76 corvette (yellow) and your videos answer many of the questions I have! Very hard to find in depth, quality videos like these on RUclips! Thank you!!!
Thx 🙏🏻 😊
Tom this is the best video on harness work. THANK YOU You do a superb job leaving no stone unturned. I am going to tackle my wiring now I feel confident because of your step by step. Thanks a million.
Hey, thanks for the positive feedback I am glad my videos are helping people out. I have video coming out in the next few days about the windshield wipers, make sure you check it out have a good day
Very detailed instructions, it takes a lot of time to make these videos. Looking forward to future videos.
Thanks for watching and thanks for the acknowledgement 👍
Tom, you need to include your wife more often, she seems to be a very cool lady
outstanding videos my friend! I am doing a frame off on a 69 c3 as we speak. Some of the things i have done in the process were done years ago and the way things go back together were not exactly clear. Although, I took copious pictures and labeled everything in ziplock baggies, time got the best of the project and some of it just slipped my mind (especially wiring harness routing). Your videos helped tremendously. Keep it up dude.
Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching
Keep it up Tom! Really enjoy your videos, especially since I am getting my first 1970 Big Block C3 in a few days!
Thanks for watching, and good luck with your project

@@ProblemSolverGarage cannot wait!
Well done Tom, love your enthusiasm and the banter with the missus LOL, most DIY'ers hate takling the electricals so your videos will be most welcome.

Just awesome
really enjoyed your video, very informative
Thanks for watching, glad people are watching it
Your the man thanks for all this
Just trying to keep Corvettes alife LOL,
More videos coming, vacuum systems, you name it LOL. Thanks for the positive feedback 👍
Great video. I have a 78 and I need to buy a harness so my dash lights work. Any company you recommend? Its has power windows and doors w/ speakers.
I posted on your other video that lead me here. the firewall corvette c3 harness slides apart left right not pull apart. Now I think there is an issue with the fender harness that goes to the lights. Looking how to get the wires through there. my engine caught on fire. We have been replacing every wire and vacuum hose that goes from firewall on the drivers side.
I appreciate all the comments, yeah I’m about a month away from being finished, it’s been a really fun project
Thanks Man - Great video. Thinking about replacing or cleaning my 71 wiring. It’s in good shape. Clean or replace?
Pull it out and decide
@@ProblemSolverGarage If I pull it out, doesn’t it make more sense to replace with new? Some things, like the fuse panel, might be worth replacing, plus the light sockets, which work, but are crusty. Appreciate all your videos my Brother. Great job showing close ups and always giving good advice to us driveway DIY guys.
My turn signals don't work when I have my headlights on But they work fine when my headlights are off Do you have a video of the turn signal Problem
Check all your grounds. No video on blinkers
ok, that was partial click bait.....I want to here this beauty run, lol
She runs, keep watching all the opposite
You 👍
Hey buddy just wanna ask what happened to that orange wire was cut and you didn’t know what is it for did you find out as i got same problem on my 1973 c3 thanks
I think it was for the air-conditioning, I figure it out in the next video on the wiring harness or maybe the one after that you should watch the whole series it’s great, helping lots of people out.
I think there’s three videos on the harnesses
Thanks for your videos! I'm restoring a 76. Which wiring harness brand or reseller should I buy for the engine compartment?
Hey, Ecklers or volvette.com sells good ones
Great Video! How many hours did it take to complete??
Six or seven hours
Widać fach w ręku. Mi pewnie coś by zostało z tych kabli ;)
👍
you need to explain what DIELECTRIC grease is.
Dielectric, sometimes referred to as tune-up grease, is a viscous non-conductive waterproof substance used to protect electrical connections from corrosion and dirt.
Hey Tom great videos, what Province are you in?
Hey thanks, I am in Ontario
