Beautiful F-250! I had a 2012 F-250 6.7L PSD for almost 8 years and it ran great. I now have a 2023 F-350 and love it, but my favorite looking Super Duty is the 2011-2016 model years.
Look into CCV reroute, and a CP4 disaster kit. You can probably handle the install yourself and they are both super preventative. You got a nice truck 👍🏻

I’ve got the twin to that one. F350, 2012, king ranch, same color, 125,000 miles. I bought it new in 2012. I would suggest doing the Cp4 pump conversion asap if not already done. 2010 was a completely different powertrain. This is a much better truck than those.
Bought a one owner 2016 xlt f250 4x4 mint condition with 55k miles. 43k. To me this a great deal on your truck, people who are saying it is a 15k truck it is in their mind and works but not in the real world. I think it’s a good deal esp the shape it is in. Good luck.

Nice truck! You shouldn’t have any issues with it. The issues with those trucks are the turbos that came with ceramic bearings I think 2013 and 2014 turbos end up is the way to go to keep it stock
Nice price! Probably over paid a little but it's clean! Change all fluids. Run a quality fuel additive for lubricity to keep the fuel pump happy. And make sure you drain your water separator monthly.

I just bought a 2014 F350 6.7 and i only put a few thousand miles on it and the fuel pump went out and cost me 14,600 cash out out of pocket ...i changed the fuel filters and oil when i got it ...which weren't bad ...but the CP4 fuel pumps can go at any time ...mine at 89k miles ..and no contamination in the fuel ...ford dealership repair....get a S&S disaster prevention kit its 400 dollars and fairly easy to install compared to the whole fuel system

You will not regret a delete. Unless you often put it on the highway you should delete. I get 18.9 mpg and runs really good. Also at least do CCV box delete to prevent oil leaks. Do a disaster prevention kit. Add some fuel additives as often as possible.

Yes, some common complaints are window getting stuck open. My guess is previous owner just didn’t want to deal with it happening again so he installed single piece. Control switch have button for sliding window
@ you could also have the guy take it to a local mechanic you trust to give it a look, but usually at that mileage several items need maintenance if they haven’t been serviced
I made a video with everything wrong with it. Had to replace brakes recently that wasn’t in video. Make sure it’s been maintained well because stuff add up quickly
Please delete it, that dpf and egr is nothing but problems, and when the dpf does go bad it’s an $8k fix at a dealer, around $4k+ if you take it to a mechanic, plus egr gets clogged and needs to be replaced, emissions kill those trucks. If you’re worried about the laws, there’s easy ways around it, just gotta know a guy.
They also like to have def issues and going into limp mode because of it. Talking from experience btw, had a 6.7 f450 and the emissions were nothing but issues around 170k miles.

Man.. I hate to say this.. but get ready do some research forums are filled with just issues. But the 2011 are plagued with turbo issues and glow plug issues. Mine dropped a glow plug at 127k and absolutely destroyed my turbo and engine. CHANGE THE GLOW PLUGS TO THE UPDATED VERSION. and swap the turbo. And mine was a later 2011 build btw.
Hey man, Sorry that happened to you. Thats what I worry about,I’ve read that too. Also seen that some believe it wasn’t so much the glow plug, but instead bad valves that cause the whole piston to get damaged causing engine to lock up. I’ve seen several engines that have locked up and it appears to be same issue passenger side.
I Honestly don’t know what to do about that, maybe previous owners did that repair. Most reports of failure happened at lower mileage. That’s why I’m hoping I got a good one or that previous owner did some repair. Because it has made it to 151k now. Definitely won’t be trying to get over 225k miles before I rebuild heads with new valves and replace rod bearings
@@GarzaDiesel for the turbo issues just swap to the newer turbo in the newer trucks and it will run fine the glow plugs dont happen to everyone but there are a ton of reports with 2011s having them but if it happens dont be surprised but like he said look into getting new glow plugs and turbo and watch your cp4 and keep up with maintenance and you'll be good.
Man my 2011 has 191k I’ve been the owner since 70k miles. The valve issues scared me awhile after all the miles I could care less about it. I did upgrade to the 15+ turbo and hpfp. Dude delete it. You’re in Texas, if you don’t put it through stress it will be worse on the emissions. Maintenance is the key, stay on top of it.
Wanted to maybe get 225k but 200 would be safer. That would probably be a good time to do engine rebuild, replace turbo, and Injector seals, and clean Egr. And get rid of cp4

377k on my 11. Only major issue right now is the transmission shifting hard as FUCK. on the even gears. 2,4,6. This truck hauls A skid loader amd Concrete wall forms. 12-16k and even more sometimes 🤫. It's had an extremely rough life being my bosses til he stopped driving it. Gone through 3 Rear Axels. And the front end needs work somewhat often. You can still run it without foxong shit most of the time. But that's obviously counterproductive. Just shows how mental tough these trucks can be.

150,000 miles for a diesel truck is nothing. That is a 6.7 powerstroke, and should easily last you over 600,000 miles with no problem.

You should install the disaster prevention kit for the cp4 pump that way it will only take out the cp4 pump and not the whole fuel system
