  • How to enjoy naengmyeon at home easily
    If you have one cold noodles on the market, today I’m the cook
    One radish pickle creates more perfect naengmyeon
    *Based on 1 cup = 200ml (My cup size)

    -1 pack of cold noodles (for 2 people), radish, cucumber, salt, sugar, vinegar, boiled egg
    [Way]
    1. Put the cold noodle broth in the freezer 3 hours before eating
    2. Slice the prepared radish and cucumber thinly
    3. Mix salt, sugar and vinegar with sliced radish and cucumber
    (Room temperature 10 minutes, refrigeration 10 minutes-completed)
    4. Boil eggs in boiling water for 6-7 minutes to prepare
    5. Prepare noodles by boiling them in boiling water for 30 seconds-1 minute, then rinse them in cold water.
