Idk about you, but the universe has told me to ''git gud'' now because it gave me motivation and inspiration c: Don't give up if you see something amazing, practice and train to get on that level, look at this as a goal, but don't focus on getting this good at the start, start doing some simple work, i.e. just learn how to draw an eye, the basic anatomy of an eye, then learn how to shade that eye, how to make it more realistic etc---, and when you're done, go learn how to draw a nose, lips, facial structures etc... And here's a tip, google up something in the lines of ''makeup chart'' or ''how to apply makeup - chart'', it may sound funny but it's really helpful to see where to shade and where to put reflections etc.. :)
