- There are two ways to setup the Air Assisted Airless pump from Graco, this is showing how to do it with the needle setup on the G40 Gun.
I found that the transfer efficiency was significantly improved switching from the RAC FFLP tip to the needle setup.

Looking to purchase the same unit. I've been shooting airless FFLP 310 for interior trim primer using PPG Sealcoat. It can be fairly thick. Wondering if this unit will shoot the thicker material as nicely as you have shown? Thank you

Yes. There is a switch to only the airless pump like a regular 595.
Hey which air cap were you running here? We are soon switching over to Renner sealers and just curious what you're running. Looks like the general finish cap?
What tip are u using on this video? O want yo spray furniture and cabinets what would be your recomendation for this?
probably a 308 or 310. I use a different system now than the Graco
What are you settings for renner top coats like 851 or 688 ? On the FFLP tops I find the I’m having to shoot the exact same PSI pressure as my regular airless

Hi. I have a 595 air assisted. Why won't the compressor turn off when I spraying ?
Mine did that from time to time, but I cycled the power switch and it reset it back to normal

What’s the name of the gun your using? I have the same sprayer. But we really would love to have that gun
its a Graco G40 Gun, I really like it, probably the best spray gun I've ever used
@@SteneWoodwork I highly recommend trying the Wagner 4700ac. Such a brilliant gun. Reversible flat tips! Big cage filter, what is not to love. 👍

@@danielstaley4184 It's not always paint, I spray everything from lacquer to varnish to paint, and it all sprays different
@@danielstaley4184 I have the 595 the aa tips are not like the rac tips…307 doesn’t shoot a 6.5 inch fan maybe 4 inch also you shot crom about ten inches not 12
Graco g40 series air assist sprayer sells for1,000 roughly, 920 on eBay. I'm trying to sell mine for 700 never used
