This was another brilliant ReNtake. Just Ren doing Ren things. Crazy runs and harmonies, filthy bars to remind us that he is also still a cheeky boi, and that voice that’s perfect for Sting/The Police songs. Ren has music in his soul and pours so much soul into everything he does. Also I am noticing that even though a lot of people discovered Ren through the hip hop tracks off Sick Boi or got recommended checking him out if into hip hop, everyone seems to agree that his singing is just something extra special. Even when it’s rappers/rap lovers who love breaking down his clever bars. When our boi starts singing, he’ll make a RENegade out of (almost) anyone and everyone 🐰🕳️ I can’t wait for the next album and hearing him sing on some new original tracks. These retakes are a perfect way to keep us happy and moist down the rabbit hole while we wait though 😏
Ren truly is a once in a lifetime experience/artist. He is the true Genre Bender. I do think truly. We will look back at Ren. Like a Beatles or Elvis type. Culture changing artists. Atleast he should. If he could get mainstream attention.
