Honestly, bookending the DLC by having the very first cutscene present the question of who Luxord is and then having the very last cutscene sort of (but not really) answer the question by showing him as Yozora's driver is one of the coolest storytelling devices I've seen from the Kingdom Hearts games.
Top that off with in both endings (good and bad) you have Yozora/Sora saying the very first and most memorable Kingdom Hearts quote ever being both a call back and a bookend, "I've been having these weirds thoughts lately." I'm with Larxene at this point. I'm just here for the ride. Nomura is a madman.
Yozora is based off of the Final Fantasy XV Protagonist. Nomura was originally working on a game called Final Fantasy Versus XIII but it got cancelled by Square and they took his ideas and used it for FFXV and took Nomura off the team. As a bit of payback it seems Nomura is incorporating some of his ideas into Kingdom Hearts. There has been a few things implying this so far.
Trying too hard to push all the male characters with each other with nothing to back the delusions then denying the girls. Is she ignoring all the actual hints towards them just because she's gay lmao it looked painful for her to see Sora with Kairi. I don't play KH for romance since it's more about friendship but the only romance I can see happening is Sora x Kairi at the moment. If they decide to focus more on romance maybe Riku x Namine and Terra x Aqua based off of what the games have shown. Anything else is just weird headcanon made up because guys apparently can't care about their friends unless their "gay".
Data Battles are no joke imagine Critical Mode I did it on that mode it was pure pain. Months of playing to beat them all and Yozora took 1 month alone.
I enjoyed the ending of this game for 2 reasons: 1, we end up in a similar situation of the end of the first game…the worlds are safe and now we just need to find out missing friend. Given how well that ending panned out (2 decades of content) I see good things ahead. 2, there are consequences. Yeah Sora won but technically much back to the chess match he cheated. He broke time and destiny to win and I’m glad they made him have a consequence for that rather than everyone walking off together. Sure MoM may have rigged the game but technically things didn’t go the way he planned to begin with so I’m interested to see how things go from here. Given how things have shaped up I wouldn’t be surprised if the next game just focuses on Quadratum (as it’s essentially the real FFXV)
Is it possible the TWEWY cast being in Dream Drop Distance was meant to be foreshadowing with the payoff being seeing Sora and the 104 building in the same scene, or if it just worked out that way for those who either already knew TWEWY or were driven by curiosity after meeting the characters in DDD to play the game? Or is it really just a coincidence? The line 'see you in Shibuya', partnered with that same line being the name of the scene where Neku says that makes me wonder.
Are you talking about the 2 best friends that fought over who would share the Paopu fruit with Kairi all the way back in Kingdom Hearts 1? The Paopu fruit that according to legend, "If two people share one, their destinies become intertwined. They'll remain a part of each other's lives no matter what." I remember Sora sharing one with Kairi through a carving in a cave in KH1 then again with the actual fruit in KH3 I don't remember it being Riku. Also didn't Roxas say to Kairi not Riku "you're that girl he(Sora) likes"? Riku's heart only shows Ansem, Mikey and Namine I didn't see Sora it's almost as if he moved on from Kairi to Namine since Kairi already has Sora. That's weird it's almost as if Nomura built up Sora x Kairi since KH1 and has started hinting at Riku x Namine.

She actually did pretty well considering she was in the 20s and therefore wasn’t doing much damage. I would say KH3 is probably the best gameplay she’s done for this series.

This is second to worst KH series playthrough at of all I’ve seen. It’s annoying when I anticipate your reaction to something coming up and when it happens, you’re chat gazing. Definitely would not recommend watching her full KH playthrough.
