73 or 76 key version would be the perfect numa compact.
I guess they used the same shell model as the previous generation, but to release a 73-key keyboard requires a new model
Maybe they didn't find a cost effective way of modifying the SL73 Studio's shell?
For pianists (and frustrated pianists like me 😜🤪) we only care about 88 keys. Hahaha. I dont think 74/76 keys are weighted (not sure).
I think the same, they are leaving a lot of market outside that we want more pianos with 76 keys, they should listen to the customer more
with Bluetooth audio, please!
73 keys version please!!!
Please, release 61 and 73 versions for X version
Very very agree with this !
Right, 88 keys is not terribly compact.
And…maybe even a 49? Please?
@@MaximizedActionI think 25 is the right size.👍🏾
61 or 49 keys. I’d buy immediately!
I really love watching demos of things i can't even afford. Lol
It's ok..you will one day...
I love your keyboards! Please make a smaller version range.🙏
definitely I would buy a 49 version
Please keep the updates for the Numa x GT coming. We would love to see more physical modelling for instruments to replace some sample based ones, as the included RAM is very limited. Thank you.
I hope they add the new functions of the synth engine (real time control, portamento, Mono/poly...) and the new organ engine in an update to the Numa X Piano.
te zapowiedzi były juz w zeszłym roku ze strony studiologic , myslałem ze na targach Namm sie pojawi aktualizacja , ale jak na razie cisza 1@@chrisc8891
Very nice! It's a pity I own NC2x and still love it! 😅 Hope there's still support for the NC2/NC2x with new FW and sounds! 😊
ya I really love my NC2x too
And I love my NC2 😊
And me with my new NC2x too :)
Nice. I wish you guys would have added at least 4 to 6 more layers. That would have really been useful with the new engines. Please consider adding that for the firmware update. If you guys added 4 to 6 more layers and volume control for each on the X SE drawbars, I would gladly spend $1000 for features like that on the X SE model. Great products!!!
I had a previous model this one is so powerful. Four sound engine is at very reasonable price. I might buy one again. Sounds are fantastic. This size and performance can kill any big size and expensive products. Love it! ❤
Hope we'll get the same engines on Numa X Piano too!! - now i use it more than my "Red"Stage 3 ;-P Forza Studiologic!!
I think the Numa X Piano is what replaced the old engine on the NC series, so it's already present in the bigger brother...
@@cecchino63Numa X uses samples, Acoustic (piano) and Electric (El. Piano) engines, so, except from the piano sounds, organs, synths and other sounds are sample based. Specially for the Organ it would be a nice improvement, making it equal to a Nord Stage keyboard... Maybe a Drawbar controller would be needed but i hope there is room for such improvement inside Numa X!
@@spargiulo1 They have the Mixface SL that could serve as a Drawbar controller, as well as a controller for a possible synth engine. It's kind of weird that the Compact is somehow more fully featured in this regard than their flagship model, but let's see what they'll cook up next for the X Piano.
Fingers crossed!!
Interesting. Would love a Numa Compact keyboard soon!
76 note starting with the low E 👊
Why E? Cuts off too many lovely low notes. 76 note with low A would be revolutionary at this point.
@@troublesomecorsairnord starts at F
I always like the Roland’s starting at E for 76 note… not 73.
It’s what I was brought up on.
@@troublesomecorsair Lowest bass string is that low E, I think it makes most sense for accompaniment
@@FrantzesElzaurdia Okay but how often does a keyboard player accompany another musician with a stringed bass sound? You always gotta go lower, not higher. That's why electric basses went to 5 strings and beyond.
76 korg style starting with C… I still don’t understand why people go for E, when you transpose you loose many keys on the lower and higher parts
Kudos for the release!
I am a proud owner of a Numa Compact 2X.
One main concern is the mechanical rattle of the Speaker Elements, which are connected to the chasis without any damping, and are susceptible to their own tremblance. I recon that while designing a new shell is not in plans, perhaps a thick silicon-based layer between the speakers and the shell *can* be utilized.
Yes, i experience this issue as well. But it is only a minor setback at high volumes. I learn to live with it.
So do I. But why should buyers of the new model settle for something, that could easily be solved, without demanding too much investment in the assembly line...
@@shai-sinai-vilozny Yes, I agree. It should be fixed. When I contacted support about this issue they replied that internal speakers should not be used at high volumes. That setting is reserved for external speaker solutions. So that is their logic here.
Played one of these at my local Sam Ash. Keybed felt really nice. Agree with others comments. I’m only interested in a 73 key version.
Like so many others here on the comments, I do wish they had a 73 key version (or even a 68 like the Dexibell) for portability.
Yes... I too don't need the top end
I'm getting this. Perfect!
I have a tough time believing that studio logic's R&D doesn't know what a gem they have with this product. The sounds EASILY rival the Nord (I have an NP5) &, if they made the synth & effects controls deeper, made it multi-timbral, & added separate outs for each section, it could own this market. Better yet, produce a version of the X Piano with thise features & weighted keys. Whoa!
I bought the previous version of the Compact a few years ago. It was truly bad. Speakers cracked at half volume. Volume knob made audio crack. Plastic shell felt too thin. Definitely was sad and returned the item. Hope this one is better build quality.
Same here.
Yeah Baby!!!
Is the Numa X Piano GT getting that same Organ Engine ? If lack of controls is the issue, at least allow MIDI CC access through external controllers. Will the Synth Engine get proper ADSRs one day? :) ...on the Numa X Piano at least.
I'm basically missing a Numa Compact X SE GT ;)
Very informative. Thank you.
If they are not continuing to do updates for the 2x then ouch!
Why demo with drums if they are not coming from the piano?
is it possible to upgrade Numa Compact 2x to this? Something to consider!
put it in the hands of artists :)))
can you layer more than two sounds since it has more polifony now? or your still limited to two parts in keyboard plus more for midi...
Very nice 👌🎶
I bought the Numa Compact 2X in December and now you come out with this? What should I do?
Trade up. Can you return the one you just bought?
Keep using it
I owned a Compact 2 prior to finding a great deal on a Nord Piano 5... The Nord sample quality is NOT VASTLY superior, which was a shock, especially given the price difference. I may buy one of these for quick gigs
They're superb for quick job (I own NC2x). Japan Grand (downloadable sound) is comparable to piano in Nord (or so they say) - very light and selective, bread and butter for small gigs and jobs!
ok, disponibile quando? e a quale prezzo?
So what is the difference between the SE and the X SE? I think I missed this...
X has draw bars for the organ or to use as faders
@studiologic, in 2024 putting only 2 layers of sound is very little, at least 3 sliders are necessary to control 3 layers of sound, similar to those of Yamaha CK61/88, please take note
Please design a Bluetooth or true wireless version and mpe and large touch screen display are welcomed!
Definitely MPE, and alongside integration of the nearby partner, Audio Modeling, SWAM technology embed could raise the bar
I want one ❤
Which is better? This one or Numa X Piano GT?
Does it smell like stale cigarette smoke? Cuz it looks like it smells like stale cigarette smoke! 😝
I am really hyped on this, though. Been contemplating the numa series for a long time, and the improved pianos do seem really nice. Curious how the keybed feels. My Novation SL III is a nice design but the keybed is not great. Not bad for the price, but I am hoping this would be significantly better.
Literally, just ordered the nc2x for half price. Now I see why.
🤠✌🏻Excellent🤠✌🏻
Insuperabile rapporto qualità prezzo.
Vieni a provarla da MORE SHOW
Does it has live sets or favorites to live performance? Maybe in next firmware?
i was thinking of the same thing. i was hoping for dedicated live preset buttons maybe at least 4 buttons. using the knob to quickly switch between them during a song seems troublesome.
Numa Compact SE and Numa Compact X SE have the same piano sounds in their own library?
Nice, what will be the price ?
Hello! Would be grateful to know if I should buy the NCSE (not xSE) instead of the NC2x, knowing that one of them is an x but old gen version, and the other one is a new gen but standard version, because I don’t really know the advantages of each qualities. Possibly from objectivity and in general features. Thank you so much!
In this form, I wish the keybed was better and that there were 73, 61, or 49 key options.
Are the drawbars the only difference between the SE and the X SE? Couldn't get an answer from dealers.
Whats wrong with all the over reverbs in the beginning????
Too much decay and mix dialed in by default.
I love this
Quem tem o numacompact2 vai ter os sons novos pra baixar?
that joker rushed every single phrase with the drum loop lol
Is there a leslie simulator on the organ?
No no no, crackly FX switching 4:24 inexcusable
Bluetooth Audio please!
What does SE stand for?
Why this isn't available in Indonesia?
What kind of action do these two beasts have? TP110? I am assuming it is not the wooden TP400W?
TP/9-10 a very nice semi-weigthed key bed key-sens from light-mid-heavy good for synth/organ but has a very good velocity controle to the deep(heavy) piano touch the best overall keybed voor a stagecombo...NumaCompact serie has only a little shorter key's (TP/9) than orginal keys
@@erroforester9075 Erro, thank you for your answer. I am aiming more for weighted keys like the Numa X GT has. I understand there must have been some limitations of the keybed to pack it into such a small and compact device.
it's a trade off for the form factor and weight/@@myrisek1
Quem tem o compact2/2x vai poder baixar os novos sons?
How do you layer??.
No thanks. I've had terrible experiences with past Numa compact. The pitch wheel would randomly go out of pitch.
Can you layers the sound engines? If so, how many?
Yes, sound engines can be layered on Upper and Lower zones and also on the 2 extra parts playable via MIDI. Only the tonewheel engine can be used on Upper and Lower sections while the extra tonewhell part playable on MIDI Channel 3 will play with the typical pedalboard sound (16' + 8').
Those piano samples sound absolutely awful. 2005 standard.
61 keys please !!
Why do you people even want 61 keys? The original 2X all went out with ESPECIALLY the Numa Organ engine, which was basically a full single key row organ in a cheap configuration. Here you have the same. Of course, you can do organ with far less... but it will never be a full 16 / 8 / 5 as per se. ALSO, what about all those pianos? Why would you even want less octaves for the sake of 3 less kilos... it'll sit on a stand all day, not like you'll even carry it if you want 61 so much. I'm reading you people are probably not even all that professional.
Hammond went with 49 keys on their cheap organ, and see how unsuccessful it was. The more keys the better, go figure.
Like the only time less keys is better, to me, on a lightweight board... is when the keys themselves are of much higher quality.
THAT BASS DRUM ARE TOO HIGH !!
Please go back to the white keys!
This is the only reason I don’t will buy it. I hope this comment gets enough likes for it.
Yup, and that screen size is fucked!
Clavinet really sucks!
can't listen to this sloppy playing....
lets hear you play better?
