That's an awesome thing you are doing for organ donors. Everyone should be one. You won't need them when you are gone but someone else will.
That's a great thing to give a free instructional to organ donors. You are a legend, man!
Taza was teaching a seminar at our gym 1.5 years ago. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy.
Didn t know about your health trouble. You gave me hope for mine with this video. thank You.
I did a kimura seminar with him very nice guy!
Health is everything good to see you in great form Steph
This is the only video I can find where you enter inside heel hook and are smashed on the bottom need more
Great stuff.
Thank you
The heel hook is a very underrated street defence move, if you have to go to the ground, most people wouldn't even know it's being applied to them.
Isn't it a double edge sword? There's a risk of being kick in the face by the guy you are trying to submit, no?
@@daniel213141 yes, it really depends, for me I wouldn't elect to go to the ground unless I was losing the standing battle but if it went into a wrestling match I'll be using everything I have on the ground to end it and if I pulled a heel hook on it would be with maximum force which I feel would overpower them before they could line me up with a kick
@@jethrox827 I seem to remember Ken Shamrock using heel hooks in the UFC when kicking a downed opponent was permitted before all the rule changes.
In a pinch, with a high level of proficiency, i'm sure it's a possible.
I agree, end it standing. It's usually his friends you have to worry about.
@@daniel213141 that was the good Ole days bro, weren't they allowed to head but also?
@@jethrox827 Yes, they could head but as well. Head butting was as effective as any of the other strikes. I remember Mark Coleman was proficient at this. I think it was UFC 6 when they started to make the first of many rule changes.
Like a modified tornado guard sweep.
I always sign my card ☺
Wow, just now coming across this vid. Never seen Stephan with any facial hair lol
How about that double hand tap at the beginning, dayumm. Talk about technique.
So I can’t send an organ?
2:19 that s exactly how you will hurt your knee , your mcl support all the weight of your opponent , Gordon did the same to Rocha and injure himself
you should point your toes up so your your mcl is protected more details here ruclips.net/video/wNrKaI3WwVA/видео.html
