My metabolism is up because of the additional skeletal muscle I have put on. I eat a tremendous amount of food. I have not gained a single pound. Adding skeletal muscle, will improve every aspect of your life!!

When I get a curve ball in the journey i fast i get tons of energy when i go without i have wanted cheese cake lately but im lazy when it comes to fixing food i am OMAD and strict with my way of life. Get back on the horse and gallop!
