Jeremy I see you have a lot of followers. Im curious why do you think so many people follow your advice and how do you feel about it? Do feel the pressure to outperform or feel obligated to take responsibility if a stock you recommend fails?
I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. its important to seek the guidance of an expert.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

I was advised to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since this can protect my inherited portfolio of about $2.5m. I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
True, I mostly just buy and hold stocks, but my portfolio has been mostly in the red for quite awhile now. Unfortunately to be able to make good gains, you’ll need to be consistent and restructure your portfolio frequently.
In my opinion, it was much easier investing back in the 60s but it’s a lot trickier now, those making consistent profit in these times are professionals reason I’ve been using an advisor for the past 5 years to consistently build my portfolio in preparations for retirement.
My partner’s been considering going the same route, could you share more info please on the advisor that guides you?
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five aiyears now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

I'm tired of these new buys every week, just to make up some assets with low percentage on my $236k portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Do you think these stocks you just mentioned are safe buys to outperform the market this year?
for myself. For the time being, I would stay away from index funds, mutual funds, and particular stocks. At the moment, the safest option is the 5% fixed incomes. Save your money for when there are genuine signs of a market recovery. or work with a skilled marketer
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $30k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.

I was expecting you to talk about Shopify. Are you still bullish long term?
Nope on Uber. It really made no sense to me that to this guys it doesn't matter whether we are right or wrong, whether the market goes up and down. We are good regardless. People are really losing a sh*t ton of money out here. I personally have been through this and all I can say is get professional information on what system fits you.
There is no way around it, you gotta create your own system from scratch which is what I've done. I just watch these guys to get different perspectives. My system is 100% accurate and has nothing to do with guessing what the Fed will do or macro economic data of any kind.
Recently started out with an investment manager and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. When I look back, On over 150k my rate of return was 3/1.5 % on buy & hold. Disaster. Long story short I wish I could have taken this path long ago. Closed last year with a growth of 32%, I could have hit a million and more by now.

Jeremy, I don’t see why anyone would lease a model 3 and use it as an Uber when most lease contracts have a set limit to the mileage. And once you surpass that limit you get charged a fee per mile beyond that.

I think you see Tesla fleet by Uber drivers here in California... because 1. Lower wage earns qualify for all the tax credits, 2. Leases are cheap, 3. Gas prices are insane in California, 4. It's a cool vehicle 5. Some airports require non-gas cars to be able to pickup at airport. in the 30-40k price tag over other vehicles. Say being picked up in a prius or Honda.

I trimmed around 10% of each shopify and palantir post rip from october and pre earnings cause they felt a little frothy; tho if the selling pressure in those continues a bit more I'd be looking to step back in and take my bonus shares back no doubt. Meta, on the other hand, I haven't sold a single share yet and don't intend to anytime soon.

The only problem with Ubering to work is their dynamic pricing. I had a coworker who would be hit with a $70 ride charge in the morning during a high demand period, when the regular rate was closer to $20.

You are correct on Uber vs Car. I haven’t driven in 6 years. It’s cheaper. I used to have a S600 and this is 3x cheaper and way more convenient. car + insurance, gas, tickets, maintenance, valet/parking, etc etc… lol Uber Black is even cheaper…
Hey, Jerry, great content, even though you can lease a Tesla for under $300 a month. To least one to run an Uber business would be too costly. Because of the penalties, you would occur for the overmileage usage.
There is no Carplay or Android Auto on a Tesla. I don't think, Tesla will open their App to Uber...

As a former Uber, I will never invest my money on these scammers, he didn’t even mention how many drivers they are loosing every day because of their greediness. They lies on numbers.
In my opinion, the uber drivers will drive less because the cost, and uber will increase the price you pay for a ride in the future and the people will have to find another companies, plus the stock it will be down in the future.

This quarter is weird with many stocks down massively even with strong earnings, and I’m pretty nervous holding these two at this point tbh. And I’m slightly negative on ELF as I got in before they lowered expectations following Ulta’s warning.
