Great little explore! You’re right it is a weird layout. That just narrow room to the garage was a little crazy, and it looked like they were and then something up against the wall like a shelf or something like that. I love it when you enter the master bedroom! It was like ”here’s the master…. Squirrel!!” LOL! Thanks so much for sharing this one with us. Take care!
All the dark brown and yellows make me think 70's vibes too. The yard was very magical! The wallpaper was very different and the odd layout around the garage does make you wonder what they used it for. If we could fix the water damage, I'd gladly live there!
You do a wonderful job showing these homes. I really enjoy watching you. It’s hard to imagine these homes are being torn down. Do you only investigate homes in Canada? Keep up the good work. Stay safe.
That house seems like it went on forever! I really really loved it. And I was hollering at you to look at the door bell! Lol. So I’m glad you noticed it on the way back thru. You would have kicked yourself for missing that one. Lol. Excellent trip today. Thanks!
Another beautiful home. I really hope, the builders that purchase these homes, really do sell or give away all the items that can be reused. Especially the bath tub that to me reminds me of a Dove Soap bar. And the Chandelier at the top of the stairs. Even the doors and cabinets look like they could be reused again. When you share these videos with us, I wonder if the previous Owners ever catch your videos. And kind of go back in time, remembering their memories. Back in the 1990's We had purchased a home from the original Owners, who had it built and purchased it in 1963. It was a split level. The upstairs was upgraded with new carpet and they had wall paper put in. The kitchen upstairs and the bathroom upstairs were original. Down stairs, they had a bedroom for the Mother-in-Law. And a second kitchen. And they had an area, they said was like a Family room. Most of the furniture in there was from the 1960's. Except for the Man of the house, had a real leather lounging chair, and a floor model t.v. They had added what they called a Florida room off from the Dinning room and the lower half was a huge storage area. The day We moved in, We were shocked that they left us several pictures of what their house looked like when they decorated it for Christmas. And how beautiful it was when it snowed outside. He had several pictures of how beautiful the back yard was from the Florida room. We thought maybe they left the pictures for Someone else or by accident. When We called them to see if they wanted us to mail the pictures to them? They said no, they left them for Us, to show Us how beautiful the yard was with the snow, and they wanted to share some of their decorating ideas for Christmas. It seemed a little strange, then We thought, maybe they were having a little bit of a hard time leaving the house. No one else that We know, who purchased a home, had a previous Owner leave pictures like that. We have a lot of memories from that home. I don't think they will ever demolish that home, it was built like in a cul-de-sac area. Other than when new People move in to that area, and maybe replace the Windows, roof, put siding up, maybe upgrade inside with carpet, paint, so on. Most of the houses, still look like they did when originally built. And it's still a decent Neighborhood to live in. I just don't understand why builders, feel they need to tear down to rebuild. In many cases the new materials are cheaper than the original materials. Thank you again Ethan. Stay Safe. GOD Bless. Can't wait to see your next video.
You had some pretty strong feelings about that dining room light fixture. I couldn't believe that you ignored that massive cool doorbell at first. And the little mirror in the bathroom was a closeup mirror that you needed to flip around to the regular mirror reflection for a "what is up" moment. 😉
Nice house, Ethan! The long room attached to that single car garage was probably a patio/porch that they closed in. The double car garage with the smaller area was for garden and lawn equipment. Hope this helps
I totally agree with you , my parents had a 7000 sq foot home with two back patio’s with a lot of similar fixtures like cabinets etc but the older they got the less time they spent on those patio’s my parents had a love for antiques and that’s what they put in their enclosed patio’s lol which was very nice . But believe your right , not sure what these folks used their area for , we will never know lol
Given the fairly decent condition of this house, and the updates such as that freestanding tub, I wonder if this was a foreclosure. Someone has sunk money into the updates, but the exterior indicates it's been abandoned for a while. Nice place.
Yup, light fixture in the dining room doesn't work...nice layout..love the kitchen and the room with the fireplace..another great tour ethan...love watching...take good care
Great house. Loved the dark woodwork, the staircase, and that awesome tub in the upstairs bathroom, even if it was modern. And that chandelier at the top of the stairs was magnificent! When you lit it up my jaw dropped! WOW! Also loved those glass doorknobs. Excellent video. Thanks for the explore! Peace!✌👏👍❤🇺🇸 p.s.- You were right about that rectangular light they updated, it does not fit the rest of the house! 😤
Thanks Ethan--loved the video. Yes, it seems like their was only just one set of owners and the 80's wood trim throughout the house. some updates but not much. Couldn't see the squirrel though. LOL.❤
Hi Ethan! Great home, great video too!! I believe you are right on dining room light fixture, it's way to modern for the surroundings. Loved the front doors, foyer and staircase too!! Stay safe and ✌too!!❤
Loved that one, I agree with the garage / business theory , looked like a kind of office on the side of the garage. Thanks Ethan , keep them coming, much love from Norfolk England UK xxx
Love the wood inside the kitchen and the side of kitchen because it makes it look warmer and Harwood floors. That is how I feel if you have an expensive Mansion, then put expensive chandeliers, and California shades. Neve be cheap when re- modeling a house. I to not care if it is a Mansion or regular home. Love your tour, Ethan. Thank you,
Hi Ethan. Loved this home. I didn’t like that dining room chandelier either. Kitchen counters were too dark for my taste, but I love oak cabinets. Great pantry. It was kept up. Property looked nice. I assume that new McMansions will be built on top of each other. I’d rather have this place & the property. Take care
This house id very interesting specially the upstairs hall and kitchen area basically the reception area seemed to be centralised lots of delicate features etched mirrors and glass door some strange colour bathrooms though. Can't make up my mind what colour the carpet was upstairs. Love this house thanks for the video.
The big chandelier made a gorgeous starburst when you turned the light on. I love the wood floors and the dark wood trim. Unusual layout for sure. The house looked cozy too.
What a nice house. It’s a shame it couldn’t be fixed up on the outside and just left in place. After a few years in the cookie cutter houses everyone would wish they were in the older house. Very spacious and great layout in the main house but a wee bit strange in the area surrounding the 2 car garage which seemed like it was added on. Really nice light fixture at top of stairs and the one ceiling light in bedroom cool too but the dining room light needs to be in a modern house. When you first entered through basement thought occurred to me that they may have had a business there. Thanks for sharing. Another great job! Keep safe.
Makes me crazy that so many great homes are just demolished. If I were doing what you do, Ethan, I'd have a side hustle selling item's that are just going to be ruined. Especially when stuff is left behind. Do you check out anything abandoned in the State's? Awesome, thanks for doing this!!!
HI Ethan from Australia love all these old style homes you are finding in Canada I'm watching your video as its my lunch time Australian afternoon I'M In a city called Adelaide state South Australia the time is 1.52pm afternoon so keep up this great work and document them because once they are gone they are gone for good.
Bingo 💥one of your best Ethan...didn't like that big tacky light fixture tho. ewwwww...Big plot ,liked all the decking outside and the gazebo....the staircase with the light on was fabulous..Nice find ....stay safe and well 🇬🇧🙏😘
What's up Ethan?! Now this is an 80s home through and through. Very interesting on the layout. Something was definitely amiss or maybe an afterthought? Great video and tfs!
Im just getting into the dining room, that light fixture looks like some sort of cage hanging there..😂.. continuing onward.. Greetings, Ethan.. From Lucille Ball's hometime. Jamestown,N.Y...❤.. We ❤Ethan..✌
Stop being so hard on yourself ! I’m sure not all of us expect you to personally answer every comment left. Loved the house. Can’t wait to see the next one!
Good video. I can't believe that's the same house!!What a shame what people do to beautiful abandoned homes and mansions. It's a waste I feel the same way you do about it. The city or township, banks could do something good with these homes. I love your videos. I have been watching now for years!! Keep it real! Love you Ethan!🤗💖
A gently lived in; and cared for home. Some upgrades here and there and I think maybe lived in by original owner all thru the years. Maybe they had a few show quality cars and added that enclosed area to show awards etc? Very nice homey home that definitely show how bedrooms used to be! Great basement...no water!!
I really like that back deck. Even the yard, a little up keep and it would be so pretty. The basement almost looks commercial...like a business. The kitchen was a keeper. But that light fixture was awful. Fix a few things...update a little and it could be a great home. Keep it real Ethan. 🇺🇸😺
What I would like to know is what do they do with the cool stuff that is inside , like the fridge, stove , nice bathroom stuff too, I hope they don't demolish that???
What a bizarre house. Very strange layout, alot of things don't seem to go with the style of the house. Great tour though. Never really seen a house like it. 👍👍
Please turn on the lights when there is power so we can see what they look like.. I loved it when you turned on the chandelier but you should have rang that doorbell!!!!
Beautiful house. The dining light isn't cool. Yellow walls ugh! 😣 Love the wood doors & glass knobs. There are cool & not cool in retro homes. Great explore! ❤🏠🏚😀👍
That house lacked flow, for lack of a better term. It was a bit chaotic, which I found somewhat unsettling. It's rare that you explore one I'm not so fond of, but they just make me appreciate the majority even more. Great explore; thank you!!
I like the staircase from the basement to upper floors! Too many doors to the garages and outdoors! Could you imagine remembering if you locked them? That light fixture in the dining room looks like it's from another time! The house is so chopped up! The remodel in this house looks like it wasn't really thought out well. Anywho......still nice! Thanks for the tour! 😊 Stay safe!
Interesting house. That box light in the dining room, it looks out of place. The plate from the old light is still in the celing. Weird. Thank you so much Ethan. I always look forward to your videos.
I love time period houses and homes.Att least I hope they salvage all the great dark wood interior before demolish,so sad just because the house is 40 years old and not built in 2022.I remember these kind of houses when I was a kid. Stay safe Ethan Minnie and keep up the good work.

I loved this house. With a little bit of work, it would be a great family home again. Thanks Ethan for sharing. On to the next!

Nobody tells it better. NOBODY!!! I've been watching all these Abandoned home vids and Ethan is the best by far .
Absolutely! 💜👏👏👏👏 thank you🤝🙋♀️
Congrats on 100,000 subs!!! 🥳 any more details on this one??
You had some pretty strong feelings about that dining room light fixture. I couldn't believe that you ignored that massive cool doorbell at first. And the little mirror in the bathroom was a closeup mirror that you needed to flip around to the regular mirror reflection for a "what is up" moment. 😉
Strong feelings lol 🙂
WOW love the stairs case and the up stairs.

@6:18 - Golf cart parking!
@6:28 - above that basement door the canister on the wall is the collection container for the central vacuum system.

I agree Ethan, that dining room light didn't fit at all. Great video, as always, thanks!
Loved that one, I agree with the garage / business theory , looked like a kind of office on the side of the garage. Thanks Ethan , keep them coming, much love from Norfolk England UK xxx
That home was amazing. I loved the layout of this home. Another amazing adventure 💙💙💙💙
Yay! Ethan!Best explorer and narrator! 🥰🥰🥰
Loved this one ! This house was beutiful 😄 wonderful tour as always.thanks for this epic adventure 🇨🇦
You should of gone out Front and Rang the Door Bell so we could hear the sound of it. It was beautiful. I like how it lights up on top.
Beautiful house! Love the bathtub in the upper bathroom! Another great video! Stay safe yourself!
Love the legendary doorbell! You are such a fun guide! You definitely have a guide gift❤
I really liked this house. Thanks for showing this. I could enjoy living there. Good job
Great find you much spend your life finding these homes. Keep up the great work
Just started following you. Keep up the good job. 🎈

Hi Ethan 👋 What another great video too and thank you for sharing it ❤️ I love this place and I love the curved staircase 😃

Another great find.keep going 😊👍
Thanks for another great adventure always so happy to see your videos keep up the good work
Hi Ethan. Great Vlog! Stay Safe! You always do a great job.
Great place, Ethan. Thank you 😊
The big chandelier made a gorgeous starburst when you turned the light on. I love the wood floors and the dark wood trim. Unusual layout for sure. The house looked cozy too.
Awesome find! Empty and not vandalised. Amazing.

That master bath was disappointing. The bathroom with the new tub should have been the master bath.

Beautiful home. Thanks for taking the cobwebs for us. That's just one of the reasons we love you👍❤
Another great tour! Like what was said, strange layout. People seem to build larger than they need, then later can’t afford to keep it up!
The place is off the hook thanks for sharing E.
Very cool. The chandelier at the top of the staircase was beautiful as were those glass doorknobs.
This place was amazing thanks so much for exploring it
Can we take a moment and admire that staircase?!?! My favorite part of this house.❤
Such a shame it's being knocked down ,looks lovely home
What's up Ethan?! Now this is an 80s home through and through. Very interesting on the layout. Something was definitely amiss or maybe an afterthought? Great video and tfs!
Def weird layout but cool!
Wonderful video, thanks for sharing this place with us
Another fascinating tour, so hate when these homes get torn down such a waste, great job as always Ethan 😀👍
I would move in tonight. Love that house. The 70's and 80's are the best.
That's a beautiful house. It would be to bad if they tear it down. I would buy it and renovate it. My daughter would love this house.
Im just getting into the dining room, that light fixture looks like some sort of cage hanging there..😂.. continuing onward.. Greetings, Ethan.. From Lucille Ball's hometime. Jamestown,N.Y...❤.. We ❤Ethan..✌
I actually happen to like the "nasty, cheap Home Depot" light fixture in the dining room.....since I'm not a millionaire like you LOL
Beautiful Loved The Bathroom
Loved this one! The dark wood trim and plush carpet were nice. I think they definitely had a business running out of that one area
Stop being so hard on yourself ! I’m sure not all of us expect you to personally answer every comment left. Loved the house. Can’t wait to see the next one!
Oh love the gazebo!!
Love this house! Imagine what it could look like with some TLC.
Ethan keep these coming!
That chandelier above the staircase is beautiful
Love the original part of the home, too many garages. Nice sized rooms, and great kitchen.
Hate to see fairly “new” houses demolished for boxes.
John from Edmonton Alberta! Beautiful House! Great Job! Ethan👍

Beautiful odd home, dark wood not my style. Loved that chandelier and that kitchen. Thanks for showing us.
That's just sinful to demolish such a beautiful home. A few repairs and updates, and it would make a lovely home for someone. Very sad.
I really like that back deck. Even the yard, a little up keep and it would be so pretty. The basement almost looks commercial...like a business. The kitchen was a keeper. But that light fixture was awful. Fix a few things...update a little and it could be a great home. Keep it real Ethan. 🇺🇸😺

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful home!
T Y for lighting the chandelier it's beautiful.. ✌️🍁
It looks like someone was upstairs at 7:33. Could've just been the light/angle, but really weird.
I replayed that a few times it definitely looks like there's somebody upstairs! Freaky!
ohhh my that’s creepy
Please turn on the lights when there is power so we can see what they look like.. I loved it when you turned on the chandelier but you should have rang that doorbell!!!!

Hi Ethan! you look pretty warm up in Canada in October! Will we ever see snow again?
I love time period houses and homes.Att least I hope they salvage all the great dark wood interior before demolish,so sad just because the house is 40 years old and not built in 2022.I remember these kind of houses when I was a kid.
Stay safe Ethan Minnie and keep up the good work.
You can tell that this house was built in the 80 because the mold but I like it this was nice
How do you find all these houses???
Every day, I watch these videos and they’re so calming and peaceful.
Kind of cool but a weird layout ! Another good one! Thank you the light fixture in the bedroom is called Tiffany Shade
Ethan your on 🔥🔥🔥Your pulling them out 👋👋👋🥰🇵🇷
I don't like that light fixture either, doesn't go with the rest of the house.
Got a cool abandoned mansion on Long Island if you want to check it out
❤️ that kitchen 🌻
Cool house. I am surprised that there was only one bathroom for all the secondary bedrooms upstairs.
Again awesome home so sad that is is going to be gone. That house is layed out so strange but I liked it.
Hiya from Vale North Carolina 👋👌
