Bianca is by far the best here. She literally has everything: debuffs, evasion, two methods of healing to sustain herself, staggering 4 and most importantly, piercing blows
Can’t wait to try out that Larry + Palmer team. Is just weird because it feels like both of them want to sync, that’s why Larry being sprint is so clutch here, you can definitely do some ramping with them
I like Torn, and I like Bleakwind (and I like how it's stronger than Hurricane in this game, lol), so I'm happy enough to try for Cheren... but I don't like how they just recycled our previous Torn's role combo to the exact dot. Cheren: "Hey Skyla, can I see your homework?" Skyla: "Sure thing, Teach! _...Hey, wait a minute."_ That said, I kinda value the two old gallopin' geezers even more than the NCs this month. Kabu looks like the best facilitator for units that'll appreciate +4 to either offense and aoe Trap/Interference like A.Skyla, SS Ethan (cheers for our 2nd ever Flying Zone setter, btw), Ariana, H.Roxanne, SC Ingo (stealthily including him into this group in hopes of him getting updated w/ EX-R Strike b/c all the old SC/Seasonal/Variety/Event units deserve EX-R's too), etc. I haven't really brainstormed any real Larry teams yet, but it's Larry, I'm pretty sure he'll put in work wherever he's needed. I want at least 4/5 of him for the Team Speedy Entry 2 and Enfeeble 2 (but I can and will at least candy him up to 3/5 for his HS1, Sync, and dps stuff).
I think I'm gonna go for Cheren, because my best flying type damage dealer so far is Ethan and he's been showing his age (field ex role does look nice though). Bianca is interesting, I do have NC Rosa and Hop, but nothing about her kit screams must pull to me.
Bianca isn’t just a decent damage dealer tho, I’ve done some quick calcs on PoMaTools yesterday and her damage output is actually pretty good, especially for unit that has so much utility
Honestly even if Bianca is good I cant really see why I would pull her having both NC Hop and Rei, those 2 destroyed most content already.( Even at 1/5)
Same, though swap Hop for SC Diantha in my case. And both her and Rei are 3/5. I'll only pull NC Bianca for mild favoritism, that has been my main pulling reason for a while now. Though I'll most likely leave her at 1/5, I have other strike pairs who need the candies more imo.
Hey Zin do you think that NC Cheren is the best flying type striker in the game? I have Summer Liza but I'm trying to decide if I should invest in her. Also I get the feeling that there's going to be a field flying unit mega salamence coming soon that might debunk the rest.
NC Cheren is the strongest and it's not even close. Better DPS than NC Marnie, one of the strongest sync moves in the game, and this is without confirming his PMUN multipliers
nothing caught my eye this update, they are all nice to have but no one feels mandatory, luckily the ncs stay for over a month so I can wait for the next datamine. honestly more tempted to pull on ethan lol

You mean the “The Will To Protect” passive skill? We don’t know its scaling, similarly to all of the other new unnumbered multipliers. We can make an educated guess (Irida has a similar passive that boosts all ally moves by an additive 20%), but we don’t have any confirmation
Naturally I'll pull for NC Bianca because she's a mild fave and I was already highly expecting her to get an alt this year anyways (though I believed it was gonna be a mere seasonal, a MF was not on my radar), but idk. I would've rather have her cover another type like ground or rock since I'm well covered for fighting damage thanks to SC Diantha and Rei. Granted, limited fighting pairs are very rare so she'd be great for newbies, but I'll only pull her for mild favoritism. I would've rather gone for the triple fair rerun for Argenta (to help striker Jasmine) and dupes of SS Korrina and Lana. Hopefully things wind up well with 24k saved gems. Besides, she'll be the first MF striker I'll pull since Ash. I straight up skipped all the other ones in between.
