14 rn 5'9 1/2 or /5'10 67kg, bulking my way up to 75 2 months ago I was like shredded and 60kg(around 5'8) Then I started going gym and performing more strength training and gained 7kg in 2 months(still lean with a six pack but not as much)hopefully I get to 75kg in 2 months and mentain a relatively athletic and lean(for being explosive) physique Eating 3500 calories 250+ grams of protein a day + creatine Cutting out junk food or anything unhealthy U got any idea what weight I should aim for when I'm 15, to maximise physical strength, while also mentaining even improving athleticism and explosiveness(keep in mind my height will prob increase too)

I'm 75/76 kg and I think I'm good for my weight as my performances aren't dropping but rather getting better. My kicks are good and my strength is enough. I'm in between bulking as I'm just seeing whether a higher weight might be better or not. I'm 6'2
You haven’t reached your adult age yet so you don’t have to worry about it too much as long as you retain a healthy weight. However slowly start to build up towards 75kg to be on the safer side

If you can maintain this weight then that'll be perfect as you're still 14 so by the time you reach 18 you will grow more and gain weight naturally

That’s ideal depending on ur muscularity. Like if ur 198 with 25% body fat that’s bad. But if ur 12% that’s perfect.
I'm European so I don't work in lbs 😅 your still young so you don't have to worry too much but make sure you remain in the green for BMI
