@@NoahCavanaugh I would like to say that I think you are making the best reviews of football boots. Unisport reviews are very vague, confusing and sometimes it feels that J Mike doesn’t understand what he is saying. It’s like:
“Puma future ultimate are the great boots with great fit. They are soft and very comfortable….. however sometimes they feel very weird on feet, the lockdown is not the best etc. But don’t get me wrong these are nice boots but not for everyone”

Looking forward to The Ultra 5, Vapor 16, F50 showdown. For me personally It's the Ultra 5. They've improved so much out of nowhere and the upper is my favorite by far. So comfortable and soft. Ordered the MG version

I LOVE that they added Gripknit to these! I loved that upper on the Phantom GX but the fit was horrible for me. Now it looks like I’ll actually get a chance to enjoy it!

💯💯💯Nice review as always.I'll definitely wait for the AG versions review.I've got vapor 15 elite ag for almost a year.It's really great boot but after 2 or 3 months of wearing I got soleplate separations and one studs being broken.After seeing that the soleplate slightly changed on vapor 16 I am really curious to see what they will do about the AG version.

How does the heel counter compare with the most recent phantoms? The thing I liked on the last mercurials was the more substantial heel counter. Also, the thing about super soft and thin uppers is you feel everything when people step on you.

Might be in the minority but I'm intrigued by the gripknit especially if it isn't as much as the GX.
People forget that part of the DNA of the OG years of the Mercurial (not the Vapor) was some amount of grip tech on the boot.

Yes same size.
They look soft like the vapor 13. The last two mercurials having vaporposite made them less soft so I like this new one being grip knit. But I wish they innovated because this seems like a vapor 15 with gripknit. I also wonder if the softness will sacrifice some of the stability as it did in the vapor 13.
Overall they look amazing and better than the last one which is awesome from Nike.

GX2 is widest, Tiempo is most narrow
as a thin foot person who likes the GX but they are a little wide....these seem to be everything i could ask for in a boot...oh my days

Distributes the vapor pod when you play on grass. Now you dont feel it only on the studs but as a whole.
You know what my initial thought was about those cool wave studs... what if they are less about traction for running, but more for extra friction to stop a ball that's zipping quickly along the ground towards you with the sole of you boots (a riskier move than stopping the ball with your in- or out-step but sometimes it's advantageous depending on in-game circumstances unless I'm trippin') 🤔
As you stomp down on the ball, the regular studs will dig in the most as usual, but what if the wave studs also dig into the ball?
Sole stomp - foot is above ball - roll it out - shoot - score! 🎉
Don't get me wrong, I suspect they included them primarily or entirely with running traction performance in mind.

That's a great deal on BOTH! I'd go for the + just cause it's a bit newer and has a bit more upgraded tech

@@Sandu_111 both reviews he has said he noticed a little bit of tightness on the side of the foot. So they seem about the same. I think its a matter now of which material stretches and molds better. Which we dont know yet.
