Heating Your Home with Wood is the Cheapest Way🔥 Vedeldning är den bästa lösningen att värma ett hus

Wood is the oldest fuel in the world. Heating with log wood provides independence and safety. I have combined with 2 buffer storage tanks 2x500 liter for hot water. It is of course some work that comes with it, cutting, splitting and stacking firewood, but I pay about $400-500 (20 cubic meters of firewood) per year for heating radiators and hot water, no other heat source can compete with this! This is the most efficient heating system.
En normalvilla i Sverige har en elförbrukning på ca 20.000 kWh/år. Min elförbrukning är under 4.000 kWh/år. Jag eldar ved med en Värmebaronen Vedolux vedpanna för att värma elementen samt varmvatten kombinerat med 2 ackumulator tankar på 500 liter styck. Billigare uppvärmning finns inte! Jag köper 20kubik/år för 4000kr. Det blir ju lite jobb att såga, klyva och stapla men det är det värt. Viktigt att veden är torr när man eldar annars riskerar man både vedpanna/skorsten och ilskna grannar. Elpatron, pellets, luft/vatten, bergvärme, jordvärme ALLT är mycket dyrare jämfört med vedeldning.

A lot of work with cutting, but worth it. Here we have 2 weeks to go and it will be a lot better.

What kind of log splitter, electric it looks like?

Yes electric a Cotech LS5T Wood Splitter, I dont think they sell these any longer, mine is 8 years old but works great still.

Thanks bro. Birch and pine and fir tree mostly, they burn fast and as you can see almost no ashes. Man has been using firewood for heating for 50.000+ years so I'm in good company 😊. Its only when the logs aren't dry that it can be a problem, and that happens mostly when "city slickers" burn wet wood in their fireplaces 🤣
