Lol! If you're building the most amazing builds I've ever seen while sleep deprived, I can't imagine how dangerous you'll be when your little one starts sleeping through the night.
I'm still having lots of fun with Cottage Living as well so doubt I'll get tired of your cottage builds or your builds in general. Bless your cat 😊 I wish the cross-stitch display doesn't go flat when you place em on top of something.

@@alayathomas5232 You have three options: PC, Mac, and console. Just know that you can't use custom content/mods on console.

Cottage Living was my favorite expansion pack for TS4 so far. I’m so excited with all the possibilities and beautiful buildings. You did great!
Ps: I know the feeling of deeply wishing a new baby to sleep through the night. My son just turned 5 years old (last week) and he just really started sleeping through the night about one year ago. 😅😅😅
I LOVE how green this house is!! If I tried this it would look so silly, but ofc it looks beautiful once you've done it! I love the idea for the family too. I feel like they could run a woodland/forest school, where they take the local kids and teach them to forage and they learn about animals! I can't believe your little one is already 7 months! I hope you get some rest soon!
Wouldn’t it be adorable to build a house for a family who have a sheepdog and an ‘off lot farm’ with just a few animals like just chickens on their house lot? It’d be cute if their lot had a pen where the dog ‘rounds up the sheep’ or a garage shed with some dog trick equipment as though they take their dog to local sheepdog shows or agility shows. Just a random thought I had after you mentioned the muddy paw prints.
My parents still complain because I didn't sleep through the night until I was 22 months 😂

During the festivals you can win first,second,third, and participation ribbons and also you can win ingredients such as milk,mushrooms, fruits, etc aswell as some of the new food that came with the new pack

Wanted to suggest too, if you ever felt like it, perhaps a small restaurant that is run by a family who lives on a farm? So the meals are homecooked and done with their own produce < 3

Love this build. Also, my child is almost 2 and still doesn't sleep through the night so I totally understand the sleep deprivation! Hopefully you're getting more sleep now since this is about a year old!

YOU PULLED THIS OFF!! That light green is honestly a lot to handle, but you pulled it off so well. I am in love with this interior/exterior. Also you're not an idiot, I always block the door with something and it always takes me a while to figure it out, so you are not alone lol 😂 .

Dawn, my daughter was having the same issue with my grandson and she used Taking Cara Babies sleep training. Google it. Worked great for her!!! Everyone needs sleep hun, best wishes to you and your dear family

But whhyyyyyy do so many builders put the chicken coop and cow/llama shed in the same enclosure?! I know it’s only the sims and not rl, but whyyyyyy
Also the chickens get stuck and it doesn't work.... I wish you could have a great build and also have it work for gameplay.

I agree about the couches! I expected them to be a bit different. We need more versatile couches - something you would see in a “everyday” home. I also don’t like that the only couch that came with this pack, gives your sims a negative Moodlet because it is not considered comfortable. I was disappointed about that.

Instead of using a platform to fill in spots, just use the walk in closets from Get Together. Closets feel very realistic no matter what kind of build because you always need more storage hahaha

I hear you on that baby thing! I had my third baby 3 years ago and I did not let anyone do ANYTHING for him cause I knew he was my last baby I breastfed for 2 1/2 years just from the breast no pumping and I soak in ALL his cuddles (still co-sleeping)! They for sure do not need you for long! So I say soak it all in Mama!!!
