I say you just coat the whole inside of the jerry can with food grade safe silicone and fill it with booze, call it a day! lol

Just a tip, repaint what you cut with the angle grinder to avoid future rust.
I don't think rust will be a problem for indoor use.

Really nice work as usual, though you should have added a leather strip at the top of the bottle holder (bottle's neck level) to prevent it from fallin when transporting it ;)

Meh, yes they would, but they also tend to require more precision with the drilling. It's a real pain in the ass to accurately line up 2 hinges the way he's doing it.

What kind of wood did you use and what were the specifications? Also what kind of tools did you use? I don't have a workshop so I have to know what tools I'll have to buy.

Could you add someting in the unused space above the bar? Use the spout for something like a phone charger or small Bluetooth speaker? That said, it's a really really cool idea as is.

Замка бы одного хватило, так проще открывать. Ведь это явно должно висеть или стоять стационарно.
И вспоминая минибары из 90х я бы посоветовал при возможности использовать зеркало как заднюю стенку, это визуально углубит пространство и "увеличит" количество выпивки😏

@@InspireToMake Maybe from a coffee shop or look online, mine is a 3000g one / 3kg, but as I said i got mine from work as it was empty and was going to be thrown away, but I'm sure you could find something on google?

what about removing the paint and making a portable stove out of a jerrycan?
Follow up, I suggest using a low grit on a hand sander to remove the paint, please for the life of me, check if it's galvanized

how do you deal with the issue of the edge trim bunching up on the corners on the door?
File down the corners
when the edge trim goes around the corner it doesn’t sit flat on the metal. it pops/folds up because it’s bending. did you cut it at all on the corners to prevent this?
not sure how filing the corners will help this issue
@@liamjohnson1783 I got it now. Your corner turn is a little sharp and the trim is bulging on the sharp bend. I guess you can make some relief cuts on the metal strip inside the trim.
