Dude forgot that Article 352 was, and still is, a part of the Indian Constitution. Everything done in the Emergency was through the constitutional process. Amendments 38 through 42 were constitutional, the DIA and MISA were constitutional, parliamentary law. But who cares, continue defaming the only good PM India has had.
