- This lecture explains about the protein protein interaction in cell during cell division, muscle contraction. Protein-protein interactions (PPIs) confer with intentional bodily contacts headquartered between two or extra proteins as a result of biochemical hobbies and/or electrostatic forces.
Correctly, proteins are important macromolecules, at both mobile and systemic phases, however they not often act alone. Diverse principal molecular processes inside a cell are carried out through molecular machines which can be built from a significant quantity of protein add-ons equipped by means of their PPIs. Certainly, these interactions are at the core of the complete interactomics process of any dwelling cell and so, unsurprisingly, aberrant PPIs are on the groundwork of more than one illnesses, such as Creutzfeld-Jacob, Alzheimer's disease, and melanoma.
protein protein interactions have been studied from distinct perspectives: biochemistry, quantum chemistry, molecular dynamics, signal transduction, among others. All this know-how permits the production of massive protein interaction networks - just like metabolic or genetic/epigenetic networks - that empower the current talents on biochemical cascades and disorder pathogenesis, as good as furnish putative new therapeutic targets.

Non covalent bonds
Its nice my friend, but your classification of chemical bonding to covalent and noncovalent does not make sense as you put it there.
Phosphorylation IS also a posttranslational modification and the bond between protein and phosphate is a covalent bond.
