    Sir, I like ur other videos but I am sry this did not go well with me. It seems to crude. Some important information was missing like it binds in major groove and contacts three bp, It's binding with cys and his, etc

    helpful video , but please provide complete information about the topic before giving the applications (where can be used) i hope applications we think of right at that moment . you have not described the structure neither said anything about 2cys and 2his. its just a suggestion please dont take it otherwise. thank you

    So...I have heard the term Zinc Finger Nuclease.
    That should be a nuclease enzyme with a zinc finger motif which we can artificially modify so that it attaches to a specific region on the gene & makes a cut??

    Sir, transcription start when polymerase enzyme bind to tha promotr site .so in these case we dont required poymerase enzyme? Plz tell me because i'm confused about this😔

    Why does the histidine and the cysteine associate with the zinc? Wouldn't those side chains not want to be near a positively charged ion like Zn2+?

      My guess would be that histidine and cysteine are uncharged at neutral pH and are Lewis Bases, meaning they have an extra lone pair of electrons, and since the bond with Zn in these kinds of organometallic bonds are usually coordinate covalent, Zn requires an electron donor.
