My TAMA drums made 40 years old this year ! 1983 TAMA Royalstar ! Brizillian grain ! 7 piece ! The 22x14 bass drum looks out of place compared to the new ones of the day ! But it sounds great !
The video is very useful and beautiful, but I recommend leaving a part of the video for each drum where you can clearly hear the demo sound of each shell after the description ❤
Thank you friend for the interaction! Now I know that it was useful to someone) I will consider all the tips in the following videos as much as possible. You inspired me to make a few more videos in this category.)
Great video. I've played Imperial Star for years and love them. Do I think TAMA makes the best drums? I really couldn't say for sure but I would choose Yamaha over Pearl any day.
I'm assuming you automatically like all comments. Anyhoo, I think this should be titled "Look at these drum sets while you listen to an AI that sounds like a British dude with a fat throat".
Hi!) Unfortunately, your assumptions are not correct.) I'm going towards my dream.. to make videos and be around music and drums. so far I'm learning... it's impossible to learn without making mistakes. So... I Don't Like everything automatically. XD I read every comment and note what makes sense or is important to me or the audience. You see, I just started making videos. This is one of my first videos. But thanks to feedbacks, I better understand where to move on and what mistakes to correct.
Of course not) It was made by me) Following videos in progress: 1. Drums review - Gretsch Catalina Maple 2. Drums review - Yamaha Stage Custom and many more... Changes I plan to make are: 1. Videos will contain myself 2. I'll try to do voiceover by myself and get rid of the robot-voice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- But if you have some ideas - about what to improve, please leave a comment. Many of you folks like OR don't like something. I read each comment. I hear you -> improvements in progress, will be done soonish)
Yeah. Very nice drums indeed, but due import very expensive in Europe. The quality control is less than Tama. Oxidation on metal parts is common on Ludwig drums. ..😢
I bought the Tama Starclassic /WB 5pc Last yr . The US version which I got has mount on the Bass Drum (The rest of world, like you said, didn't have it). Jus sayin

I'll always be a TAMA drummer til the end of time
The drum kit shown during the Starclassic Maple section is actually a walnut/birch.
I have played many different brands for drums. Tama is still my #1. Followed by Pearl. Love Tama sounds!

Wowww, thats very informative!! Can't imagine actually having such a high quality video that actually compares the drums from Tama. Nice job guys!
Love Tama. The only other two companies I like is Yamaha and then Pearl. I'm very happy with my Tama kit......
TAMA always the best ! all time!

TAMA, the best sounding drums on planet earth!
Great video. I've played Imperial Star for years and love them. Do I think TAMA makes the best drums? I really couldn't say for sure but I would choose Yamaha over Pearl any day.
Not sure how you don’t mention Neil Peart. His candy apple red set put them on the map.. He was pretty good too lol
Drums sound like drums the star classic drums are just hype
Now matt is with DW
Tama is all my husband ever and still plays
The last kit isn't a starclassic maple it's a birch Walnut
Can we hear them??????
Thanks for the feedback, with the first comment that the audience wants to listen to them.. All subsequent videos will contain sound demos.
🇮🇳🇮🇳❤👌❤👌❤👌
What is the percentage based upon?
Its based on my own experience , data analytics and lots of feedback from other drumers.
Como on, Stewart Copeland, Neil Peart..
Which drums are still made in Japan
Only the Star series.
You forgot the Imperialstar.
Do you own one?

matt garstka is no longer endorses tama. now he’s a dw artist 😢
It's ok. I love my TAMA drums but DW are good too. At that level money talks.
Sorry, I'll always be a LUDWIG man.

Not all of this is true. On Starclassic, if it's 4 piece - toms mount on bass drum, 5 piece toms mount on stands.

My three peice USA kit 22 kick drum had a virgin bass I can't stand mounts on the kick drum just looks unprofessional IMHO
