My son and daughter took lunch to school from standard 1 till university. Now he is 30 years old. I've to plan the lunch for the whole week for them to bring to school. But not rice but other type of foods that easy to consume. Sandwiches, wrap, chapati roll with grill chicken, fried noodles, french toast, tuna, and lots more. Think something healthy and filling for them.
