Hi Ankit. The video was really great. Just like I say, I found RUclipsrs like you using their mass following in a really meaningful and constructive way for young minds. I just want to convey something here. Might give you or someone else a perspective - What you said about "just" housewife is something deep engraved notion in India more than any other developing country. It was a subconscious thought of you to say "My mom is JUST a housewife". We all have been taught that success means possessions, wealth, achievements, some sort of prize, and whatnot; and housemaker (and not housewives) follow no such ideology and just love their people a lot. We fail to identify an individual as a human being doing what s/he is good at, and don't acknowledge the fact that how two people (husband and wife) can balance their lives out. One of the videos of Swaddle (RUclips Channel) has a comment of mine in which I described how I am aspiring to become a househusband (to be particular in terminology) in the future. You'll find a lot of replies beneath it and one of the men, who was so knowledgeable about the human evolution and its science said _"I'd love to be at home and do nothing..."_ So you see even when we reach a higher position and attain qualities along with the greatest possessions in the world i.e., knowledge - we are just not ready to bring a change in our thoughts but will keep ranting about how things are so wrong between couples, marriages, even world. We have accepted what's a long-running history and reality around us as real and the default for all, putting no effort at all. That's why I really respect the western countries' way of approach towards every job and the smallest of works in there. Even a farmer working on the farm find it so enjoyable and satisfied enough, keeping no special tags or "names" about the work/responsibility in the head. But let's just be hopeful about the future and the next generation that is going to be really aware of the problematic things of our society; bringing a blissful change. I totally agree with your words. I believe that our sense of superiority and inferiority is the root cause of this. Our society has always appreciated the earning pillar of the family (who is by default the husband) and neglects the reason of success behind the earning pillar (the Wife). Earning money gives us a sense of pride which automatically makes us feels superior which creates within us, a perception, that those who do not earn are inferior to us. This is how our brains have been conditioned over the years and passed down generations after generations. And since we do not have the habit of questioning, we never realize this until someone someday forces us to think "otherwise" through their wisdom.

Hi Ankit. The video was really great. Just like I say, I found RUclipsrs like you using their mass following in a really meaningful and constructive way for young minds. I just want to convey something here. Might give you or someone else a perspective -
What you said about "just" housewife is something deep engraved notion in India more than any other developing country. It was a subconscious thought of you to say "My mom is JUST a housewife". We all have been taught that success means possessions, wealth, achievements, some sort of prize, and whatnot; and housemaker (and not housewives) follow no such ideology and just love their people a lot. We fail to identify an individual as a human being doing what s/he is good at, and don't acknowledge the fact that how two people (husband and wife) can balance their lives out.
One of the videos of Swaddle (RUclips Channel) has a comment of mine in which I described how I am aspiring to become a househusband (to be particular in terminology) in the future. You'll find a lot of replies beneath it and one of the men, who was so knowledgeable about the human evolution and its science said _"I'd love to be at home and do nothing..."_
So you see even when we reach a higher position and attain qualities along with the greatest possessions in the world i.e., knowledge - we are just not ready to bring a change in our thoughts but will keep ranting about how things are so wrong between couples, marriages, even world. We have accepted what's a long-running history and reality around us as real and the default for all, putting no effort at all.
That's why I really respect the western countries' way of approach towards every job and the smallest of works in there. Even a farmer working on the farm find it so enjoyable and satisfied enough, keeping no special tags or "names" about the work/responsibility in the head. But let's just be hopeful about the future and the next generation that is going to be really aware of the problematic things of our society; bringing a blissful change. I wish time will progress people to develop their brains with a hamper amount of knowledge and perceptions. Peace.

I totally agree with your words. I believe that our sense of superiority and inferiority is the root cause of this. Our society has always appreciated the earning pillar of the family (who is by default the husband) and neglects the reason of success behind the earning pillar (the Wife). Earning money gives us a sense of pride which automatically makes us feels superior which creates within us, a perception, that those who do not earn are inferior to us. This is how our brains have been conditioned over the years and passed down generations after generations. And since we do not have the habit of questioning, we never realize this until someone someday forces us to think "otherwise" through their wisdom.
