George Everest Peak Trek About the place- George Everest is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Mussoorie. This place is 6km from Gandhi chowk in Mussoorie. It offers spectacular view, the place is mostly covered with clouds. This place is also famous for Sir George Everest's House that was build in 1832, and is now being rebuild. Tourist also come here for camping, picnic and adventure outing. You can also do a small trek if you are visiting this place. The trek starts from George Everest and is a 30 minute hike to the top. At the George Everest Peak point you will be nonplussed by the view, the place is covered with red, white, blue and green Tibetan flags.
