Thanks for this simple recipe. It turns out very well but the issue is that the first batch comes out well but the remaining batter gets very thick and cannot be used again. Pls tell how to use the entire batter .

Tried this but it becomes tricky when you have to turn off the heat, spread it and then roll it. It must come out as thin layer.Needs practice😊
